I’m stuck between going to the gym and fasting 😂😂 cause the gym makes your body more firmer!!! Water with lime every morning is the way !!!

Girllllll! It’s not easy either way.. one must commit. I do exercises at home. The fast really just helped with rebooting my system in a way. 😆 also like with water does not always work for me. 🥺

I really want to do a 5 day fast its hard but the weight will just drop off I need to start. Well done to you 4.5pounds is good for 3days, water weight or not.
