A tip for new collectors if you have something like $50 a week buy a few nice singles a week instead of spending $50 on packs and might not get anything good with $50 you can get a few vintage holos or a couple lv.x or prime cards or several XY ex full arts which is way better than striking out better to be safe than sorry

Thats what Im thinking right now. Im kind of starting out now and I feel like the actual risk/reward with booster is super damn bad. I mean sure, opening the odd pack is cool and should be done but youre most likely better off at spending on the cards you want instead of trying to pull super rare cards.

This is a pretty cool series right here. Try picking up those lighting 4 pack blisters from Walgreens. Some XY Furious Fists in there, Cosmic Eclipse, Evolving Skies, Crown Zenith, Brilliant Stars, Astral Radiance and Chilling Reign. Pack selection is mixed so check em before picking but they are stacked! I pulled a gold, rainbow, vmax, trainer gallery and black star radiant eevee promo out of one pack! They all have a free random promo card by the way lol all of this and only $21.99 over here in California so probably cheaper in your home state.
