Starting A New Chapter - Colorado Off Grid Living
I am excited to add a new chapter to this channel. For as long as I can remember, I have grown up in the Colorado Mountains and I thought it was time to start sharing that part of my life with you all. This property we have is completely off grid and sits at 10,600 elevation in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I have a lot of projects in mind for upcoming videos at this property and will continue to share my passion in the film and photo world as well. Cameras and Cabins lets call it.

Would love to see the whole off grid idea. I’m building a shop at my on-grid home with the intent to make off grid how toos while on grid, then use it on my plot of land!

Did you build in a County where there's no required building permits?

The Aframe? That’s been built for several years now and at that time was permitted. There is required permits for future building in this property depending on the structure. For a tavern that is only closed in one side…good to go.
Did you pull building permits for the cabin? I live in Hartsel. 15 acres. Wondering if I need to pull a permit. Or should I just build
