Kawizy brought up something important to me just now: Lisa’s 15% DEF reduction doesn’t affect hyper-bloom damage, so I now have even less of a reason to try to get her burst back. Something I also forgot to mention are some rare exceptions where Lisa’s burst does trigger hyper-bloom a lot. Maguu Kenki is one of them because it doesn’t move much and dendro cores spawn close to where her burst hits. At the same time, I’m not too familiar with Lisa, so don’t quote me on that.

You definitely can. I typically have a lot of issues trying to work out the rotation with Noelle because she requires field time. Most of ChongYun’s damage comes from his burst. You can also reverse-melt all hits of just burst and skill in combination with Amber’s burst.

Why is Lisa’s burst not good at triggering hyperbloom? 😮

This is just from my observation, but there’s an extremely small AOE at the point Lisa’s burst hits. The burst usually hits near the center of the enemy, but not all dendro cores spawn close enough to the center of the enemy for Lisa’s burst’s AOE to hit the dendro cores. If the enemy is moving, it makes it even harder for the burst to trigger hyper-bloom on these dendro cores.
