I happened to come across this and I attended for Six days for 45 mnts. He's too good. He doesn't waste a single minute and doesn't speak anything extra. And makes us to do something or the other for complete 45 minutes & we never feel the pain or pressure

I came across when I had hit by migraine attack, double vision and what more. I was having medication but due to my stress at jobs, I was thinking that I wont be cured. I came across while googling as I cannot attaend go somewhere due to time constrain. I attended two days and stiffness around my neck decreased and I realized that I am able to breathe properly. Less panic and anxiety. And now I am laughing more and not judging myself or being too hard on myself and not caring about future. Though I was aware of atomic habbits but this simple 30 -45 minutes yoga, which I may not be doing correctly will help me so much, I never though. Little things makes difference. Two men have changee my life: one is my neuro dr and second is this man.
21 days of challenge has helped me get into consistency & happy to continue with this. Am taking habuild as my yoga companion so i feel someone is doing yoga with me. Thanks for being my everyday companion & motivating to be regular everyday.
