Thank you! 😊 Loose leaf tea with added dry fruits. The spices I use are a mixture of 7 peppers, no salt. Sprats and sardines are small canned fish. 😋😋😋

⁠@@ccrow9147Oddly enough, what Libby cans as pumpkin is in fact butternut squash. I live near a huge pumpkin farm and the owner told me that is what they sell to Libby. Real pumpkin is far too wet.
