Hello and thank you for watching!
Today we digitized this design using Hatch 2 and embroidered two snapback hats, one without puff and one with.

Now I won't only just have the coolest car at the show, I'll have the coolest hat too. I appreciate it Alberto and love both your content and work. And I totally agree with your 3d puff placement. I think some design choices are best left up to the artist since they understand their media!

@@tkstitchI had a vision after watching your V-Star video and searching for a cool hat for weeks. Then you made it come alive better than I could have imagined. I'll definitely hit you up in the future when I think of something else!
Cool logo placement. I do my mock ups the same way, tape them to the hat and send pictures to the customer. I too prefer to do hats over regular garment, since Richardson 112’s are popular in my area I can keep stock of the popular colors and turn jobs quickly.

Yea I feel like they definitely get enthused with their idea even if it's just a mock up. I actually haven't messed with Richardsons yet but I know their tough reputation.
Hi, What stitch spacing do you use for the 3d puff? Thx

Hey, I use 0.011 in. Not too sure what that number is on mm tho
Are you using Hatch? Also where do you recommend how to start learning?

Yes I use Hatch 2. I started with embrillaince because its cheaper but really soon I felt like I needed to upgrade. I used to and still watch John Deer digitizing videos and then just a bunch of trial and error.
What machine do you have?
