Start from 5am everyday! 4 Kinds of Noodle with Egg Rolls and Pate | Street Food in Phnom Penh
We all used to eat these 4 kinds of noodles (fried and steamed noodles) with topping Pate and Egg Rolls (Spring Rolls). Before they can get these delicious to the table or pack in the box for you, they need to work a lot on it. This video is showing about 80% of process in making these 4 kinds dried noodles.
Location: In front of Village 7 Primary School, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The person preparing food is wearing gloves on both hands and she doesn’t handle money . That’s good. I watched a lot of videos where the person preparing food and handled money and don’t wash their hands after and continue to prepare food for the next costumer. Cross contamination because money is dirty. Need to wash the hands after handling money. I like her stall, it’s clean and nice

Easy life at Cambodia, do not need to cook , buy outside they cook for u.No matter where countries they are made .If u have the money,everything come to you.
