A few things one can do to ground yourself. Go for a walk. Feel the wind and imagine it blowing through you. Feel the air coming into your chest and nose. Plant a garden,. Imagine yourself with roots like a tree growing into the Earth. Take a deep breath and when you exhale imagine yourself growing roots into the earth. Gaze at some beautiful crystals. Feel your body. Tickle yourself. Eat your food a bit slower and think about where it comes from. Smell some flowers. Don't get stoned. Take a break from your devices. don't think about your job. Do the dishes the old fashioned way. hold a singing bowl and make it sing. Hope this helps someone. Have and make your day a great one!

The world just feels odd to me. I cannot even say how. Surreal, is the best word I can come up with. It feels I am not connected to earth or anything. Others are going about their business, and I feel I am the only one noticing. I am also having a lot of issues, suddenly with diet. Just about everything makes me feel nauseous for an hour or so. I am nibbling small amounts of food and skipping big meals. I am walking barefoot on the ground. This does help some.
