We've watched you and a select few others for a while now as we've had a lot of time being house bound after seizures that were triggered by medication and an allergic reaction with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which made me aware I was and us and had lived with Disociative Identity Disorder all my/our life as a genius coping mechanism with very earlychildhood trauma - the extreme end of PTSD; C-PTSD. You, your videos, knowledge, experiences and stories has prepared a foundation of knowledge, along with others, of being strong in your individuality for me/us. & given us great confirmation and clarity in ourselves/myself! This has given my body and mind a great baseline that it could integrate and build on and so helped us greatly. I went through a massive dark journey of the mind and physical pain in the body when I was sectioned under Act 2 start of last month. Something that shouldn't have happened as I was the only one sectioned in their and yet the sanest, most rational, self accountable & responsible, self healing and do it my way as meds flip me, in there. All that was taking place was the final culmination of a massive healing and integration of all my bodies, physical, chemical, sexual, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual, bringing it to its collective balanced resonconce frequency in that moment (we all know what happens when we detox physically; things can get worse with headches, spots, bad guts, range of emotions etc. before better - same principal but much more complex because it's in a multitude of bodies). I understand why it happened how it did in the bigger scheme of things as I've been solidly meditating since 11/11/2020 (numbers very significant), this was in my many internal realities and models (of which then I knew my internal model was deaf and blind, now I know it's also dumb). I started an online group sound meditation course 10/01/2020 which enabled me to start meditating on my external reality and collective consciencnous. I also had surrendered to whatever, whereever whenever, as I knew something else big had to happen just not what and I knew this would be too much for the bodies conscious mind, so also surrendered to complete disociation again, like after the seizures. With DID if one gets triggered too much they can flip into their childhood abuser and kill - something I WAS NOT PREPARED to do and hence ended up being in regular contact with only one human a week and the odd other every few months. Another aspect is I was sexually abused by my father during the year after my mum was found washed up on a beach, suspected suicide at age 4. so I ve been dancing a fun shadow dance with life, literally. So basically death just seemed to be the only options from the autistic me. I wasn't accepting any of these realities, chose to believe in the impossible and now I know, as i had also meditated and programmed my subconscious not to have any out of body experiences because I knew this human vessel couldn't take the journey back. So REM sleep disappeared as did I slowly. I remember these strangest feelings that felt so good and I just wanted to drop into them but would get fallen abrubtly, shockilying and painfully out of them. I know that my autonomic nervous system was giving up. Anyway I ended up, now knowing again, sleep walking and talking out of my house in the early hours of the morning, naked getting flipped into another trance state when shocked by a runner. I'm stopping there. Basically have been on this massive healing journey all my life and am aware that I've been through masses with no support because it gives me this, no , these very unique perspectives and I've self healed using my body, breath, Sound (a lot of tuning forks) meditation, yoga, vagus nerve, bitcoin, growing plants, fibonacci sequence, bitcoin & more ......... as im pretty much in a permanent stated of meditation. Ive been out a couple of weeks now and I know I've started writing my story, at least one of, just have to piece it all together lol. The irony is it starts with the last chapter of a massive 22 year self healing journey after attempted suicide at 18. And now I am so there, one of the there's, stepping up into my/our full potential and worst fears of fully showing, allowing people to see the real all of us if needed (as i feel we are somekind of energy shifter, connector, fealing-healing facilitator) transparently, authentically, with integrity, patience and in our own flipped side way. SO THANKS TO YOU AND SOME OTHER SELECT FEW CHANNELS, YOUR OWN UINQUENESS, QUIRKINESS AND STRENGTH IN SELF, HAS TAUGHT US WELL (i mean we know how to choose the goodens, but awesome you're one of those rarities) & SHINTO SELF EMPOWERMENT has finally gone officially live (after very firstly being innitiated in 2012). Had to share the background to give a picture of uniqueness and extrremity of situation as it normally gets talked down and we've hidden from everyone even the host body for 37 years of her life. I had the flu the last week of January and it allowed me to rest and connect to my higher self. Every time I get overwhelmed with life and dealing day to day with unhappy people I have to cleanse my mind and energy if I’m too tired and don’t do that regularly I end up not feeling good or simply wanting to escape from everything.
