This is really great breakcore. These really captured that unique upbeat yet melencholic vibe that breakcore is so notorious (famous?) for. Like being lonely while watching a beautiful sunset, or saying goodbye to a loved one who's going to die but you have a really great final chat and rock solid parting words. A kind of joyous radical acceptance of defeat, a sense of finality and yet resiliance to try again and keep going despite the absurdity of it all. All things end and yet I'm reminded that an end can always be a new begining.

I have a severe problem concentrating on anything usually and breakcore and dnb really help me more than anything else. I love this genre because, since I discovered it last year (junior year of college), I have finally been able to complete assignments, passion projects, etc without hating my life. Sounds ridiculous but it seriously does mean a lot to me

the whole genre is very random, drum beats are crazy fast and in this flow of insanity i found myself consentrating much more easier

These musics are the kinda stuff that gets me to get up everyday and feel like having a human consciousness is worth it.

I feel that I won't ever experience the feeling of being freely happy. This music makes me starstruck, dreaming about my perfect future's happiest moments, but even if I did breathe the purest air, chilling in the meadows without any pressure and with the gentle breeze skiing off my legs and my hair with someone next to me that I love, the person I'm near won't feel the same happiness and freedom in mind, and reminding me that there are people suffering in whatever scenario. A never-ending cycle, there is no escape. There will never be perfection, but I don't feel disturbed. I feel peacefully defeated by humanity. No one can have everything, we shall appreciate every emotion, all the people we meet, every asset and opportunities we get. We are all proven worthy by being given life, and we should take all the chances there are till the end.

I've been trying to put this into words for like a year. I think what you're saying is that every upside always comes with a downside, but the goal of every human being is to exist in upsides exclusively, an entirely impossible task that we strive for nonetheless. It's just such a beautiful thing, humanity. We live in this abhorrent, hideous, beautiful, awe-inspiring, entirely incomprehensible place where the only constant is death and each emotion we feel re-contextualizes everything, and just the fact that we exist in such a world is such a profound and enthralling thing.

This is the first breakcore mix I listened to. It just happened to show up in my recommended a week or two after it came out, and it was my introduction to a wholeass genre that I had never heard before, coming from the jazz/hip-hop side of things. This first song, this first one I heard, really put an impression in my head and drew me to it. The ethereal vibe works with the fast drums in a way I didnt think it could. It's just really cool.

Just found out about this genre, and despite how fast the BPM is, by logic it should make me hyper but it surprisingly calms you down? It's not as calm as lofi, but it does what lofi does more aggressively

This is _precisely_ my favorite genre of music.

i cant really explain it, but listening to this for the first time made me feel like my eyes were blown wide open and i could see all the lights my heart is pounding with emotions i havent felt in a while, and my mind is full of unique imagery to accompany this elusive feeling

this makes me levitate. i love it. tickles the eardrum and feels so unreal. feel like im in another dimension fr.

There were a lot of pieces of other songs in the song “crystals.” Ones I recognized were crystallized by camellia and snow by mimideath (although I’m not sure if they were the original creators of these beats) definitely a really cool mix of break core!

Bro the first song is literally something familiar I heard in my dream before, it's crazy how spot on your comment is. The dream was a cool one too, me and this guy in fancy black suits like a tuxedo were given a mission to infiltrate a skyscraper however we plz and we legit became human torches and emitted fire all around our bodies and launched up to the rooftop of the building. We then flew around and blasted an opening on the side of the building and I forgot what we did but the next scene is us flying through the air blasting helicopters out of the sky and just blazing through. The POV was the coolest thing ever, like moving at light speed but your vision covered in fire all this happening while a song similar to the one at the start of the video playing. I made sure to write down that dream to never forget it.

I don't remember well but he told me something, i don't know what but i feel that it was important, he gave me a hug and dissapeared into the only bright light in the room that was covered in a deep red curtain

It genuinely feels so angelic and otherworldly. It reminds me of waking up early in the mornings of my childhood, in winter or summer. Winter, when the world is cold and silent, a grey fog washing over the buildings and trees. The sun is yet to rise, and other people are still in their beds. There is no sign of life and the only thing to be heard is the crunch of your footsteps in the cold snow, lit by the warm glow of the few streetlamps that still work, illuminating the thick mists swirling around you. It feels as it you are the only one left in the world, as if time has come to stand still. Summer. The sun rises early. Golden light shines on clovers, sparkling on the sea. Small waves are lit bright. Your bare feet, standing, covered in newly dew covered grass. The dew, like diamonds. A spiderweb is coated in a similar manner, the beauty of unbroken nature. Your face is bathed in the first rays of the sun. Warm and comforting. Crisp air, empty from the noise of voices and traffic. It feels like a new day, a new beginning.

A genre I never knew I needed... It helps perfectly reflect how messy I feel when I feel lonely or sad. Life rant below (read if you in the mood for sad shit lmao)" . . . I tend to feel lonely and my low self-esteem keeps me from asking for the comfort of those around me. I'm aware I have friends (literally couldn't ask for better, as I know I love them and they will always accept me for who I am), but I'm afraid I am just a high maitnence friend for them to take care of. I have family, but it's hard to rely on them for moral support. They are not bad people, but I just can't open up to them (for some family members, it isn't fair to push my burdens on to them, then for others, I just don't feel connected). So sometimes, on lonely nights like these, I am filled with conflicting thoughts. I try and counter these negative thoughts with peace and forgiveness. I like to imagine myself far away from home, in a place where I am laying down in a field of gentle white flowers. Or, laying under a tree yet still being able to feel the warmth of the sun as the sounds of water trickles nearby. Overall, these conflicting thoughts are a messy internal fight and often becomes a wild journey. The internal battles usually end with myself crying self-pity tears ( I'm aware this concerning so know I am still trying to figure out how to cope with this). Other times, an outside interference that forces me to conceal/end the internal fight just for it to continue to another day.

I don't really know what to say other than I hope you can feel better and find peace, and if you ever need another friend let me know. Hey guys, thanks for the kind comments and support. It really did mean a lot. It’s been a couple months now I have to say I do feel better so thank you for caring about this spontaneous urge I left in a random corner of the internet. During the time that I wrote the previous comment, I was super stressed from college and was drowning from all the pressure of comparing myself to those around me. I often felt like I couldn’t be happy or sad because there was always someone who had a worse than me. It felt like I had no right to feel happy or sad when I know classmate is going through worst crap right next to me. It’s one of those things where you can’t blame the person because they are genuinely going through this struggle but the heavy feeling definitely sits with you. And so because I felt like I couldn’t share my own struggles and feelings, I sort of isolated myself. Felt like there was no point in sharing my current feelings, my current distress, my current joys because it wouldn’t be fair to those around me. I guess all that isolation really got to me and I felt really depressed for some time. I’ll say this here for both everyone and myself: Everyone has their own struggles, including you. So give yourself that respect that you give others. You deserve it too. So thank you all who read this and gave your support, whether mentally or physically by liking or commenting. I know I will still struggle with self esteem, but I really do wish to get better at loving myself. I wish you all of us on your own journeys as well. We got this.
