Merlotti's Bon Appétit Yes it's great, but the original version was perfect, so why tamper with it :)

I sang this to my girlfriend on our 1st date (well, the version long version Pearl sings to Rusty). It was in a karaoke bar in the West End, and the scheduled acts were all finished, the people with the sound equipment had packed up and gone, but I made a point of getting in 1 last late night special for the one who shines like a star.....

+Golly McOxbig Both and neither, actually. We've both been in proper shows and adverts, though neither of us were in ads for toilet bleach! We've also done TV and short films, though we've had speaking and singing roles, too. I'm trying to adapt some little-known plays and virtually-forgotten stories for the West End, in the meantime

+Golly McOxbig Do you mean to cast yourself? I startyed out with Starnow, and worked my way up (with enough professional credits through its castings, and castings friends told me about) to get onto Spotlight, though I currently use both that and Starnow to apply for parts

+Golly McOxbig Thanks so much for that; it's a really lovely thing to say! It's natural, though I had it sprayed red for Comic Relief 11 years back (which washed out after just 1 night!) and I've tried dying it various shades of brown in the past, though I'm my natural blonde at the moment
