Guys, the reason why Jeff shook his head after his bit is because he didnt like his performance. He said so on his stream. He regret not being prepared. He enjoyed his time laughing at the jokes.

@@Fish7106 as an avid watcher of his livestreams, he had better improv on his streams. He is a better improviser when it comes to words but I guess him having to work with props was hard.

But he improves his jokes/characters/voices on his streams. he has mentioned in one of his streams that something he hates about improv is how the people are always so happy and high-energy. That's why he had this awkward polite grin at the beginning of the show (sorry, Jeff) If people sense he is only having fun half of the time, is because he said he regrets not preparing. Hence he shook his head after his performance because he wasn't happy/content with/ what he did. But I think he had fun here and he has expressed he watches Smosh.

Since the original video I have delved into smosh and now I finally understand the "Arasha's just a liar" joke

@@nattieice2975 well I mean.... they made legit music for a time.... mostly video game parodies but still. Their acting skill is on par with starkid's and their singing isn't half bad... hell Jon Matteson fell flat multiple times in TGWDLM which was his debut as a member of the starkid cast (in case you dont know who Jon Matteson is... he played Paul in TGWDLM, Black Friday, and Nightmare time... he also voices Wiggog Y'rath aka Wiggly) and he still won a award locally.

​​​@@K1NG0FW0LV35To be fair to Jon though, the guy had to carry that _whole_ show with no breaks, no singing ..just screaming his head off for most of it, and was then expected to sing the two final act songs after no vocal warmups. Even with that though, it was obvious that he had _some_ vocal training before joining. He's only just gotten better over time.

weirdest pipeline i’ve ever gone is starkid -> smosh -> starkid. saw npmd out of nowhere in my recommended, then saw a random smosh games episode with angela in it thinking, ‘hey that’s grace chastity right??’ i stuck around at smosh learning their names until i went back to tsk from this vid, learning THEIR names. this was only possible thanks to our lord and saviour angela giarratana

Oh God that's a crazy order. NPMD FIRST??? For me it was also starkid - Smosh. I watched TGWDLM, black Friday and some other starkid musicals. Then saw Angela in Smosh and was like wait??!?! Lex??? (I remember at first being upset that this random lady replaced Mariah since she was doing the mean girls tour, NOW IM LIKE WHAT HOW COULD I EVEN THOUGHT THAT ABOUT ANGELA?) but Anyway I loved her and wanted to re watch both musicals before watching NPMD. So thus, six months later. Yes may. I finally watch it haha so so good . And ofc some nightmare time
