Waltzing into summer 2020- Today, I’m taking you to the idyllic Starkholzbacher Lake.
This lake was artificially made and is located in a rural area near the Mainhardter forest in the Schwäbisch Haller district of Bibersfeld in Baden Württemberg. There is a lawn and a bathing jetty, so it’s the perfect place to relax and swim. As you walk to the lake, you will be welcomed by a historic structure, the Gipsmühle, which was a gypsum mill in the Medieval period and now a known restaurant.
