depends on where you do it. In such a public place people are less likely to care because so many people around. Also I think girls respond better to guys in these kind of pranks. I feel like a lot of people notice but just ignore it hoping he goes away lol. When I play cod or do anything in my room with my headphones on I can still tell when people walk in and are standing behind me even if I never heard them, I’d imagine everyone kinda has the same instincts but they just don’t want to start any confrontation by acknowledging it. But then again, some people flinched really hard, so maybe they actually didn’t notice at all
