I literally started bawling when Alastair started to tear up after saying love is kinda a scary thing, that’s too relatable to me. I can watch you guys do anything or even just read a phone book, don’t ever say sorry to your audience for the content you put out, especially to your long time loyal fans like me. We just adore you two like our own family members in a way.

That conversation about the meaning of Alastair's "I miss you" made me remember something that I read about how when a couple breaks up, is like a whole language gets lost. A language of looks, touch, gestures, phrases, etc. A language only known by two. So getting to have a little peek at your very own _love language_ was something very sweet and precious. Greetings from Chiapas, Mexico. I lost my husband about 3 years ago and, although our language wasn't the same as Zach's and Alistair's, we definitely had our own language together, and thanks to your comment I remembered it.

I love that most other couples probably just stared at each other in silence and yall couldn't help but talk to each other. I think this is so vulnerable and sweet, thank you for sharing. This video called me single AF in a thousand languages 😄

This gave me chilllzzzz. So intimate, vulnerable, compassionate, tender and caring. Sooo many good things about this. My favorite part is when Zach took the initiative to continue to sit there and be fully present with his love and be very supportive in wanting his partner to be vocal and uninhibited. as echoed by others already, those 4 minutes start out funny to distract yourself, move into that uncomfortable period where you’re breaking down barriers, then its just seeing your feelings laid raw. This is another video that exemplifies why I love watching the videos on this channel. It’s honest and real and captures the two of you in a very authentic way. And Brando looked totally confused about what was going on. Priceless!

For someone who has a hard time looking people in the eyes and even just looking at people's faces, this exercise seems terrifying. But at the same time, looking into the eyes of the person that I love is something that I really enjoy, so I wouldn't mind getting lost in them.

My husband and I did the four minute stare challenge. We put a spin on it by doing it with no clothes on. It was a very intimate and a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Afterword we got very intimate if you know what I mean. Thank you guys for all that you do. I really enjoy all of your content. You are very entertaining and make me laugh and are very thought provoking. Please keep up the great work.

I've always loved how Alastair says I LOVE YOU MORE, he's responded to Zach saying I love you to him, like the kids sat these days I FELT THAT. I enjoyed this video, JS.

Damn that intimacy exercise got so real so quick. You should do that more often, that seemed liberating and therapeutic. Very healthy, love how in touch with your feelings both of you are. It’s so important. Thank you for sharing this with us, I honestly found it quite beautiful and helpful. I’m someone with very intense feelings and I’m new to romantic relationships. I’m starting to realize how important it is to slow down and take a step back to describe those feelings and what they mean in that moment. Once we bring those feelings to the surface and understand what they mean it brings us closer together and gives us a sense of clarity. You guys both seem like really deep people with a lot of emotional intelligence. The pure and raw love you have for one another is contagious. Wishing you many more happy years together. ❤

I thought this video was very moving. Especially loved Alastair being so open and sharing his thoughts and feelings. Also, how he helps Zach have a deeper understanding about what it means when he says that he misses Zach. I think it's great how Alastair expresses his feelings. Also, I think it was great how Zach asked him questions about how Alastair is feeling. He helped Alastair open up and share more. I know I teared up a few times. You boys seem to have that effect on me whenever you share both the good and bad moments in your life with us. I’ve been following you since before Alastair came into your life ZachThank you both for including us all in your life, it has been an adventure.🥰

7 years is a significant amount of time. Enough to know each other really well - although even after 40+ years I’m still learning about my wife. That’s one of the joys and challenges of marriage/partnership. Worth every second - especially if you work through the tough ones instead of giving up and leaving. (Depending on exactly why it’s tough, of course.) It’s always a treat to have you share a part of yourselves and your lives. Thank you.

7 years ago, I wrote something like you are both the most honest, real and true persons on the internet. 7 years later, I say the same but knowing you a little more, having seen all your moods and experiences but I have way more affection for both of you and at 72 yo, like a great grandad for his 2 great grand sons.
