Thanks for Watching, Dawgz! Starfire is a lot of Fun! I definitely recommend her. Especially if you're new to Injustice 2 or new to fighting games in general. She is a very solid and simple character, but has lots of depth for Veteran players! One thing I forgot to mention in the guide! Her b+2 is a great anti-air (as seen in the combo guide section). It can lead to short and long combos. Make sure to utilize it!

Super quick on these past 2 vids even through a sinus infection, amazing work.

This is pretty late, sorry if I wake you, but this video helped (soon will help) A. LOT. I've only started playing Injustice 2 in about two or three days ago, and I already figure that Starefire is my main character. This video really shows what I missed and small tips and tricks. Great instructions and you're very aware of your moves. Kudos to you my man. ❤️❤️

Btw if u get a jump in 3 with starfire u can do standing 2 to juggle them. And if u have a background bounce u can use that and get crazy damage :)

So what happens when 2 starfires fought each other and hold the starblast?

You forgot to mention that if you do star dust meter burn an then her trait, it launches the opponent really high which means you could do good combos up close. The timing is tricky though.

For some reason her db1MB combo does more damage if you start the string with a neutral 3 or J2>3>db1MB.... The only negative thing is its slow start-up.

Can you make more beginners guides for more characters

After f3 you can do f2 db2 4

You can get reasonable dmg with f+3 as a combo starter actually: f+3, f+2 XX db3, trait MB. This is an easy to execute combo and does close to 400 dmg for 1 bar.

I know this is kinda irrelevant to starfire but how does everyone feel about Command grabs in NWS games not being able to grab opponents through armour? I myself don't like it but I'll admit I'm a bit bias since I've started to play more grapplers in fighters .

@@CrapsGoodxD if they try to jumps over it just explode it and if you can do a back three you get now that the game is over 40% damage

How did you turn off the in-game music while doing this?

At 7:30 I'm pretty shure u can combo a burning desire then trait although if they block it then they can punch u out of trait

Not if you reach level 20. You can get the staff randomly in a mother box or multiverse. There is no guaranteed way to get it.

What does her X Hal strength move do?

I'm trying to do this but I can barely complete the one starting with d2 not to mention other stuff. How am I to know what am I doing wrong? Can it be cheap gamepad? Training says I push too many buttons but sometimes I can't even imagine how could I push up instead of back or smth like that. Do you have any advice? I'm desperate. I don't have troubles with medium level when I just do simple combos and moves, but when I try to do stuff from your guide I barely can beat my medium opponent. Sorry for grammar, I'm Russian)

The worst thing is that the more I practice the worse I become in it. How is that even possible? I could do the d2 113 db3 yesterday, like 2 out of 5 times, but today I can't do it at all! That's driving me crazy. Is that a normal thing? How am I suppose to train when I only do things worse?

I don't have Starfire, but try to walk a bit forward before 113. Or do it in corner so you don't have to walk forward. Try it!

Ok, assuming I never played a fighter before. What is this safe on block and not safe on block stuff mean? Like this move etc is safe on block...what!? Also what us a wake up!?

Maybe a bit late now but if you still need to know safe on block means a move that if your opponent blocks, you can recover in time to block what he comes up with. A unsafe move, means that if your opponent manages to block it, he has a free window to hit you since you won't recover in time to fight back. Wake up are the attacks you do when you are thrown to the ground as a means to protect yourself. In starfire's case it's down back triangle

Yes, that's the damaging combo, but it puts them at full screen. I do f+2, 2 to get the hard knockdown and keep them close.

Starfire's main combo starter shouldnt be DB1MB, it should be bounce cancels. She generates massive amounts of meter and her bounce cancels can do 500-550 damage instead of 380

+TrueUnderDawgGaming That's exactly why I use her close up and not from afar unless I'm fighting Black Canary or Catwoman. I only zone if I'm fighting someone who has barely any range and can beat me in hand to hand. Which is rare seeing​ as I almost never use her projectiles to zone.
