Not even NG+ ...New Atlantis (the whole cell) resets 2 time (at least) during quests, erasing the entire space. Many people have lost whole builds, just by playing as intended.

That's amazing. I didn't even think there was nice furniture buildable in the game. It's almost too much stuff to the point of being cluttered, but such a great contrast from the barren tours you usually see. If only you could buy a complete interior layout like this instead of having to build it one piece at a time.

You can build exactly the same as you build in an outpost interior. You have the option with a switch next to the kitchen too (at least in new Atlantis)

That's one of the reasons why I still play Final Fantasy XIV. You can go ham on interior design, then have people come over and chill/party, even open a RP restaurant. You get back what you put in when it comes to that game's housing. ....Now only if it had penthouses😵‍💫

I know a lot of people hated Fallout 76… but like…. This universe would make for a heck of an MMO. Personally I loved fallout 76 even with its very rough start. Not the fallout I wanted at the time, but it turned into something else for me in a world I already loved some much.

I just want multi crew space ships. Let me add a proper turret style aft gun that a crewman can run up into and cover our ass etc. let those nice crew stations actually do something so you could have friends onboard doing jobs during a fight

At first I thought he got an apartment (I never took one) and then I was in such a shock when I realized he built it himself.. just WOW 😲😲

I bought the 1 bedroom in Akila and after putting stuff on shelves and counters then leaving and coming back in and seeing a bunch of stuff half sunk into the shelves only to fall through once I tried to grab them I knew to keep my expectations low. It was my Fallout 4 base all over again I thought, although I will say that after that first time I haven't had that issue again. I can't imagine the frustration I'd have though coming home to the level of detail you've done only to have the engine make it look like it was ransacked by blind ninjas. If they sold that penthouse furnished like that in a mod, I'd easily pay $25 bucks for it. But you'd have to reset everything if it ever went wonky. 😄 5 stars.

It happens to me on every outpost or apartment I decorate. Every single one. Only way I been able to fix it was replacing everything again and after that it stays where I put it.@@Brad_Jacob

this exact reason why my "penthouse" in Neon is just where I chuck a bunch of plushie's I've stolen. I tried so hard to decorate in Skyrim and if I breathe wrong it goes flying off into the nether. Never again.

Hope you did all this after a certain story quest. Seriously awesome decorating though. I could never get anywhere near that. Certainly not without cheating to get all the bits and resources. Heck, even the fire extinguisher outside the apartment has stayed on the wall for you!

Fantastic effort here! One thing that has bugged me since I started outpost decoration is the fact that the big monitor screens can't be powered. We really need to be able to have something on the screen instead of just blank nothing. My idea was maybe making the turrets have cameras on them and being able to link their footage with the monitors. Then we can have our own CCTV! Hope the devs give us something cool like this.

Very nice.. I wish I can fast travel to my penthouse from anywhere.. I hope it’s something Bethesda would consider.. getting to it on foot becomes too much of a chore to use it.. so I use my ship as my home.

I fr don’t have the time, patience, or creativity/imagination to fully furnish the penthouse lol but that was pretty awesome. I also don’t spend much time in the player homes as much and I kind of regret choosing the dream home perk during character creation I thought I’d be going back and furnishing the place but after I lost everything in NG+ It’s just there with a self service bounty board for when I commit crimes in both settled systems and get caught lol maybe sometime I’ll just dedicate a bunch of time to fully furnish it some day haha

My apartment only has a bed in it. This makes me dread getting started even more.

Thanks! To answer your question-hover over the object and hold the A button. You can now freely place it anywhere! Hope this helps.

That is amazing. I hope you have already completed both the Hunter and Terramorph attack missions though as the New Atlantis City Cell resets after both those missions and you loose eveything in you penthouse. :(

@@JButterZJ You could go to the vista from the balcony sure. But in Starfield, you could go beyond to space and other planets as well. Can you do that in Cyberpunk? Also, you could never decorate your own player homes to the most minute of detail. In Starfield you could build your own ships to whatever design, complete with interiors. You cant even customize your vehicles in Cyberpunk...for it being a "cyberpunk" genre, the only thing you could customize is yourself and the clothes you wear.

Beautiful bro. I was trying to do something similar too, but in the middle of the process I left New Atlantis to play a quest and when I returned I found all the decorative objects stuck in the ground or on the shelves halfway up for some reason unknown to me 💀

Drop all the stuff on the floor, leave the house, quick save, press F9 to reload, go back in the house and start placing the items. Then it wont glitch

Amazing, just wish you could turn on and watch the tv like you can in cyberpunk 2077 or GTA.

Bethesda should make all the clutter items apart of the build menu. Like OC decorator.

How many objects glitch and jump out off place when you load in? My total respect for your patience. I can see that one coffee mug you had to say "to hell with it" just leave it on its side. The amount of effort is mind boggling.

The best part is you can leap from your penthouse balcony and use your boostpack to safely land.

I swear this game needs to put morevof the things we see and pickup into buildable objects. Like that farm you go to during the freestar questline, the house has a giant tv, yet we stuck with these tiny ones. We cant build the grill you find at vlads home is another one too. We need more things for decorating.

Nice decorations! I got the Dream Home trait, unfortunately for some reason it has no furniture, and we have to craft it ourselves..

Looks great. Hopefully you've already done the high price to pay quest. My penthouse was on point too until I did that quest and a bug wiped out the entire thing. Common issue it seems.

So I figure out that if you want an item to be place perfectly , and its an item you can pick up or stare in your inventory , just drop it and use the console to pick it up and place it .

Great job man! I put around 48 hours over time designing my penthouse and it was really nice inside. After the patch I went back to my penthouse to find it bare as a bone. Talking about pissed off. Nice build man, maybe I can find it in me to do it again.

That is incredible, I cant wait to move back in there when its safe too without the mapresetting. I take it your on PC cos there was a lot of stuff in there I have got in my build deck and no way the XBOX would allow me to place some of those items where you have them :( I've bookmarked this for inspiration when I return. Which mission is it I need to surpass when no more resets occur?

Thanks! I'm on PC, all items were collected in-game, no mods. You can go into build mode to place objects or hold the "A" button down to place items anywhere you want. You can also rotate them and change axis by pushing in left stick. The mission is called "High Price to Pay".

You finished the Vanguard quest line, spoke to the real estate lady, visited your penthouse, farmed resources, and haven't done a mission since! 😂 Seriously though, this is awesome. Very nice!

How you can place objects in the tables etc without disapearing or clipping once you leave the house? Amazing work man!

You can use build mode to place objects or free place manually. I used both methods.
