Agree this is more anime than nasa punk realism. Will still use the mod for cool connection parts

There are a load of plating and structural parts. Some look nice, some are art deco and some just hideous. Some of those larger pieces, I think, need a larger ship to be pleasing. All in all some parts to stop being a vanilla ship.

Gotta say, I just love the skull logo on the shielded cargo module - This is a great set of parts that I will be spending a lot of time playing with. While it breaks that NASA-punk aesthetic, I kind of want the Mantis ship to really look like an Alien/ time traveler built it and that is why it inspires such fear in Spacers and Pirates. Really play with that Space-Batman vibe, that he has toys that the bad guys have never seen before.

I foresee a lot more time hanging out in the ship builder.

I really like the radial reactor but the main use I think I'd get from this is all the different structural pieces.

Most of the parts seem to be cosmetic but the engines look pretty useful . Now just need a mod for reactors .

The Avontech C class engines cruising speed tops out at 467 & boosts to 1871. The important thing though is, even a heavy ship will manouver far better than any other engine set up!

Cora sprinting up the landing ramp with a security guard in hot pursuit actually got a little chuckle out of me. Little delinquent...

That modded nose piece on the bottom of the ship makes the ship look like it has a goatee.

10:47 Spaceship claws? Now you have my attention. Spaceship trophies are nice. Makes you wonder where the spacebourne critters are though. Maybe in a mod? It would be fun to have some sort of asteroid diving ship decked out in that gear. That could be its own game.

Everything but the engines are cool. Not sure why he designed them to slow down in a turn and then go in reverse when you use thrusters, but that's what he did.

Engines can get 300 speed. You missed that. Takes space combat to another level

Looks like these parts were made with a giant 3D printer.

And, in defense of the modder: CK just went out so, he did this mod before it was released and I'm pretty sure it will be improved.

This mod will b much cooler if u could change the color of the lights

Anyone using this on xbox? I can’t get the mod to work… The ship parts do not show up in my list.

When you install it, go to venus, wait 24 hours in your ship, then save your game and reload it. Then check to see if tye parts are there

I like the structural items but the op engines make me want to shy away from it because that feels like a cheat. I might download it just for more flexibility in my design

Mods are cheats that’s why with almost all the mods achievements are disabled I played 700 hours in the vanilla game now I am having fun playing I am using the Darkstar mods and my current ship has 25,890 cargo with 18,350 shielded and 100 mobility and 180 speed With the weapons in the mod I can take out ships faster than the crew can call out the damage to them

I used the mod but I’m not a big fan of the style.
