@@coluftonmcgerbergerber3116 well yea that's cus you expect it not to. Songs of War was very similar in that. However they introduced the voice acting immediately and it was a constant, this starts of without it and instead at first feels very similar to worlds apart, of course, implying there would not be voice acting. And then they just randomly drop it in. I think if they had a SoW style prologue telling us at least a bit of lore of the current situation of the world...

I don't know, but this looks like something that's connected to the arcadian rift lore. What I do know is that, every word I say will only undervalue the accomplishment the animators and crew have achieved with this. Hope we get to see episode 2 soon!

I could actually tell, the person through the comms at the end of starfall acted as kiyoshi. Kiera’s voice actor on a guess sounds a lot like val. but she was in season 2 of sow that was cancelled, but you’ll hear her in the fanmade creations.

songs of war ;-; we all miss it

32:15. I like the detail of the ships burning as they enter the atmosphere. Most movies don't include that (that I've seen at least). Also that was an great cliff hanger at the end! I suspected something was up with Kiera but did not expect her to do that! Please make a sequel!

I didn't suspect a thing ): but the leading up to that point was... concerning to me that ending was great! I can't tell if Kiera is showing remorse or not. She probably has some hint of guilt, from possibly slaying Owen.

@@cinny. She did seem uncomfortable at the end. Her face when from pride to concern. Even in the ship, she was nervous when it came to betraying him. Honestly I feel like she's gonna have a redemption arc. She doesn't seem like she would truly do such a thing tbh, considering she's showing some emotion. The commander of the Striders though... He seems to be very... Uncaring of his personnel. He will definitely do something insane. It's also shown that the Striders are just full on conquerors who don't care for managing the places they inhabit. Compare the Arcturan Union to the Striders. The striders are like gladiators, while the Arcturans appear to be more stable and advanced.

Please make this into a series! I’m sure we’d all love to watch. If a series is too much, then please atleast make a part 2. This video was amazing and we’d love to see how this story truly ends

The video really didn't get a whole lot of attention, which is sad; a full, voiced *movie* can't even compare in views to some episodes of Alex & Steve. This is truly sad.

This could easily make it into a series, or a larger movie made of parts (like Songs of War) Like, if BPS would split the large work into episodes over time, it would be easier for them and we can wait. I think a lot of people would prefer less frequent, but longer and in a series, over more frequent random short videos

Jesus Christ I did not expect that ending at all, very good writing and animation in general. I hope there will eventually be a part 2 and maybe 3 so we can get a deeper dive into the world lore and the story between Kiera and Owen - especially Kiera's "powers". Very awesome all around

@@lexgamerafton not necessarily. Alot of war/space/dystopia based stories have endings when the main hero is killed. Divergent Series, Rogue One, 1917, The 300, a draft/alternate finale for Edge of Tomorrow, Bond movies, Avengers Endgame, hell even shows like Breaking Bad do it too. As for defeat, look at Infinity War, at Loki etc. Depending on how you grow the story, sometimes the only logical path is to kill off the protagonist... aka 'kill your babies', else let them lose. In short: Sometimes a character and stories greatest moment lies within death. When you branch out into more movies, you'll see that. Edit¹: Movie correction.

This was astounding! The air fight was perfect, Chip is the cutest droid in Minecraft, and as always everyone delivered 1000/10 content! That ending too. Thank you everyone.

@Akai Kiseki I did three of the four big capital ships. The two Cymari ships, those are the black ones with blue glowing highlights, and the main Arcturan battleship, which you see outside the asteroid space station and around the flagship over their homeworld. Some of my older builds were also used as background ships. A lot of the ships flying around the space station are mine, and I think a satellite I built is in the asteroid field at the very beginning.

The idea of changing the module of Owen's weapon to serve as multi function weapon is just top notch... Of course it is High tech.. Because of the plasma core !!

Ooooh, that was amazing. From the wider worldbuilding of the different factions at play down to the little details like Owen's modular gun and the sprinkling of Arcadian Rift inspirations, I love it. The story's solid, the set pieces grand and the score is suitably epic. A personal highlight for me, however, is and always will be the fight scenes. I just love me some well done choreography (which I find to be awfully rare these days) and I hope Zilleyon had as much of an absolute blast making these as they were to watch. I would definitely love to see more of this story play out and find out more about the inner workings of this conflict.

Firstly, I like to point out that Black plasma studios made the best Minecraft youtube videos and I have been watching them since I was a child.Likewise, I was mesmerized and astonished to see what these creaters have put so much effort into these videos. However, as the years pass on, I realised that their videos were just based more on humour than actual stories. Despite creating great videos like song of wars and starfall, they fail to materialise on the success of these videos whilst failing to meet any of the fans' requests.Therefore, i assert that the channel can do is to bring back the nostalgia which once bring the channel to its glory days! Overall, I hope that one day, we can all enjoy the full extent of this series and that this channel shall make a triumph comeback.Thank you.❤

First time watching this and that was the most unexpected plottwist I've seen. Please make Season 2!

Plzzzzzzz part two it was so good and left on a total cliff hanger! Great movie overall black plasma studios!!!

I love everything about this from working on it til release, its been a hell of a ride!

I seriously did NOT expect the story was gonna go that way in the end. And this is the first real epic cool and insane voice acted movie type thing since SoW... and it is EPIC I can tell tehr was a LOT of effort put into this, and they didn't go to waste!

2 mins in and I already love how natural the dialogue is for the situation

No words can describe my awe and admiration for the whole team. The story reminded me of Worlds Apart, which has a special place in my heart... but this is on a whole new level. I am more then excited to see a continuation of Starfall (if there will be one)!

This is amazing, I love everything about it. I hope this turns into a series so bad because I'm hooked!

Nice to see Sam, David and Dan work on an absolute Banger and also great to see Jackson Trent back as well. This was epic StarFall is the best animation I’ve seen on BPS since Songs Of War. Edit: I really really hope there’s more but I won’t get my hopes too raised up.

I've loved the Sci-Fi genre since I was into astronomy. I still love the genre to this day. It is a dream to watch a Sci-Fi Minecraft animation made by THE Black Plasma Studios!

Keira reminds me of Keith from Voltron, and Owen Ryder reminds me of Thorne from the Lunar chronicles book series. Keira and Owen's dynamic is great, and the builds and animation are amazing as usual! The ending caught me off gaurd, I need another episode!

Black plasma studios pls make a part 2 of STARFALL it is so exciting to watch I love it

SPOILERS!!! That was quite a ride, half an hour long pilot? Great content for the weekend, the graphics are great, the introduction was very good, the comedy was the second best part and the best was of course the plot twist ending. The pilot gave no clue of Keira betraying Owen and Chip making the twist even better. When the blade hit Owen, I felt a sting in my heart, that's how good the reveal was. And hiding her face for the whole reveal until she has her mask on and oh boy the shot with her and the crew arriving, that was pure wallpaper art. The planets look fantastic, the dialogue is perfect and the ending was so cinematic. I love the references to Worlds Apart with the Mothership in the background 2:38 and Sam with the blue haired girl in 5:03 with a ship they flew during Worlds Apart 2 and 3. Great job on everyone who took part in this, looking forward to the continuation of the story!

She wasn’t completely heartless. After the meeting with Gharn, she tried to persuade him to be on here side and when she did hurt him. She took him out by the arm, if she didn’t care about him then she would’ve killed him easily, i know that. Another thing is that in the last shot of the movie, she looked sad for a sec as in guilt for what she had done to Owen.

The last scene raised a question inside me. Could it be that Keira is actually a highly ranked Simari? Possibly even a General or something like that?

I’ll admit. I was a tiny bit hesitant to watch this when I heard it had voice acting since I’m used to all of your videos being silent. But I still watched it because you guys always make the best animations. And I was not disappointed! The voice acting, the story, the characters, the fight choreography and everything else was just incredible! And the backgrounds were *chef’s kiss* beautiful! I really hope you all continue this series. Especially after that ending! This has so much potential that I’d hate to see go to waste! Keep up the amazing work, team!

We need a second part of this. This was amazing.

This is a really cool concept. The effects are amazing as always, the creations are astounding, the world building is excellent, and the characters are fun and mysterious. I love everything about this so far. The only thing I didn't like that much was just the beginning when Owen was trying to evade the mystery enemy. The comedy felt a tad forced as I would expect Chip, a robot who's been with Owen and the ship for a while I would guess, to know the buttons on the ship and what they do. Also, it would've been awesome to see some real flying skills from Owen during that escape, but he came off a little incapable. I know he isn't if he was a strider in the past. Besides that, this series has some real potential and I really hope we get to see another episode! I'm a big fan of your guys videos that have conversations in them. It adds so much, though I know it's more difficult to produce. I still miss Songs of War and am praying that gets to see the light of day again. Thank you to everyone on the team for making this video! From the voice actors, animators, and the story board creators, you are all amazing and should be very proud of this video! I saw the betrayal coming a mile away. Definitely interested to see if there's a sequel to this and what happens during the next one.

Well, I'm used to watch a lot of series so I have some "codes" so I knew it too : of course she wanted to use him, they were on opposite sides, but she still liked him because she offered him to join her side. But he refused so she sticked to plen. On the other hand my little brother didn't saw it coming and was really shocked ! We both hope to see a part two !!! Or three !!! PS : I think that you're getting better and better in animating and also in the scenarios, in this movie like in the Steeve & Alex series, so continue like that ! We love you !!!

please let there be a sequel !! we want to see the true ending of this series, Hope to see more updates soon!!

When Keira takes Owen's gun out of the bin at 6:48, it just reminds me of Sam taking Mr. Finche's pack of food from Songs Of War.

That was such a great and amazing animation Sam! The VFX was soo good, models and planets were astonishing and the end of the story was really quite unexpected and sad.

[Spoilers!] Kira’s betrayal was so unexpected. And her face at the end - Glad she did her duty, then feeling bad for Betraying Owen, and then pushing that thought aside for triumph once more.

That was the most amazing minecraft movie yall have put together! My favorite this about this animation was that Kira seemed to be a friend but was a traitor in the end. Amazing plot twist you guys. This was an epic animation! Loved Chip the droid. Kinda reminded me of BD-1 from Jedi: Fallen Order. At 30:22 I was like: "Oh no, it's the Star Wars rhydonium-filled venator trick all over again." But then, at 30:46-I'm about to end this guy's whole career. Hoping this becomes a series.

i don't know why, but this has GOT to be my favorite animation, as of recent. I'm loving the dynamic between the characters, the voice acting, the storytelling. And of course, the animation. those fight scenes. DEEE-LICIOUS. like, omg, The way Kira *moves* and just how the motions flow together of them during that scene are FLAWLESS. Great job BPM, I really hope that you guys can continue to make AMAZING projects like these.

This definitely one of my newest favourite sci-fi film. The writing of the ending just made my jaw drop and opening scene was nice enjoyable. The interruptions between Owen and Kierra was interesting the hints of the past together and keep it up guys you’re doing amazing job👍

I see a lot of people asking for a sequel, but even if it never has, this movie is already perfect as it is. Because it's pretty easy to imagine what the sequel would look like. Just like Arcane.

I love this animation, too bad Sam left the team. Now Starfall Part 2 won’t happen.

This is absolutely incredible!! I was completely speechless after that cliffhanger. You guys are so hardworking. Im super excited for the next animation but You guys should work at your own pace. Even when Kira is revealed as the villain, I still think there is someone else out there who’s the main antagonist and someone she’s working for. Well that’s my opinion.

That ending bumped this from a 10/10 to a 100/10, good lord

Dude, this has got to be one of the best projects i've seen from BPS since Songs of War! I really hope this ends up turning into a full series!!

I love how in the end, Kira has a sad look on her face for just a moment, then it’s replaced by a smirk

This. Was. AMAZING. The portal mechanics was absolutely incredible, I've never seen anything like it before, I literally had to say "wow" out loud. I love Keira's powers, I love the characters, the story, the design, it's all so amazing, and so is everyone who worked on it. The last few minutes had me internally screaming, please you have to make this into a series!!

This is spectacular! This feels like the pilot episode in a series; there is a lot more great content that can come out of this epic struggle between Owen and Kira.

I don't think its to far of a stretch to call this series cancelled since what happened.

THIS IS AMAZING. the space the detail the texture the movement and story is just so great

I love this. The animations and spaceship design, the low gravity in the opening scenes the escape pod eject at the end (holy cow that was slick), was just, 10/10. It absolutely needs a sequel

I'm impressed. I never thought i'd ever see an animation again, that's not a discgrace to Songs of War's legacy. Even though i will never get over the cancellation, i will watch Starfall's career with great interest!

Songs of war was legendary. It still keeps me hooked on to BPS even after so long since it has been released. I really wish it had a part 2. Anyway looking forward to this series. All the best 👌👍

I dont understand this.... BPS makes these masterpieces and feed them to us, then they just wipe them out of existence! Like these animations are better than some of the netflix series :(

@@Pokeyrunner Im aware but I still believe an art could be seperated from the artist, unfortunately It seems so the directors of BPS and Fanmade Creators such as KoA thought differently, and btw despite the David incident even if it hadnt been exposed to his crappy stuff, it'd remain cancelled either ways on official BPS
