When evolution chamber dies, they spawn broodlings which can cause so much damage early in the game. And if you leave them, they provide vision.

Info is useless if you are gold league, it only worked because for some reason, he thought pulling drones would be worth it

@@allanlyndon9893 Info is important in every league of a real time strategy. Every RTS has basic or advanced units that simply counter other units. If you see an opponent going for a bane nest you can start a roach Warren and some spines or if they go spite you can start massing queens and get some spores. Your comment is silly.

@@killtrositykill the point is that the lower the league the less useful info is because oftentimes it will be either ignored, or missed. Or they may just not know what to do with it when they have it. Scouting info early on is way more useful tp a skilled player than it is to a bronze league hero, because the bronze leaguer probably has no idea what any of that scouting actually reveals to them, what that info means, in the way the skilled player does.

Bad strategies can be good; concept of cheese. Fun. Tried combining Overlord with Baneling once. Result: Sentient exploding balloon. Very messy, however *very* fun at birthday party of queen of blades, amusement of queen successful.

Tried making swarm hosts that produce resource free banelings, completely crashed economy, very green footprint but made other strains obsolete, jealous, angry. Probably need a nerf.

Asgardians3t Nobody truly knows why he stopped, all that is known is that he's Rosanna Pansino's manager/boyfriend, he had some issues with his voice by streaming too much, and relatively recently wiped all content from his channel, and left a message on Facebook saying he will enjoy Starcraft privately.

If I was Red, I would've left a drone in the corner of the main base, and then once the zerglings left and spotted by the overlord, rebuild my lair there at once.

The opponent played into that hook line and sinker. I wish it would have lasted longer so I could see what happened with the ressurected main.

I used to always plant an evo in the natural blocking the minerals. It doesn't work too well anymore but before people were aware i could get 3-4 drone kills with the broodlings when they killed it

how did you get the ui at the bottom of the screen that holds all the information and stats of a unit? It's been killing me!

I have actually seen this double evo in the rushibeam tournament a while back and it worked!

Well... actually destroying your starting base then making sure that your opponent saw it and got weirded out only to take it again later is kinda brilliant.

I'm in gold and I've seen this a lot. Not just in ZvZ either. Although, it usually doesn't work that well. First place anyone ever seems to check is the gold minerals. The chambers in the enemy main serve two purposes. They distract and confuse but also block movement. If the enemy ignores them you can get a pretty effective wall in going once your army is up. If they stop to kill them then it's resources wasted killing stuff that basically means nothing to you. With opponents like Drewsnuts here, it can even keep them from scouting. When Lowko says that gold isn't that low anymore, he's not kidding, tho. With more pro players now bleeding into gold rank, strats like this become increasingly impossible to use.

Man with the amount of minerals blue had, I'm surprised he didn't simply make a narrow entrance / build a bunch of spines of his own, and just convert the rest of the funds into lings to control the rest of the map as red was pretty much out of minerals. Something that you don't need to micro or marco or even pay too much attention to, so should be fairly realistic to execute at gold ;)

Actually... building an evo chamber in the enemy's base is one of the smartest ideas you could do. If you just send a drone there to scout, it's probably going to die. But build an evo chamber for only costs 75 minerals (pretty cheap for a structure) and you get the following benefits: * You soak up a lot of the enemy's creep real estate * It's a reliable way to spy on your enemy for a long time * It has 750 health - that's a LOT of damage to deal early in the game * Anything sent to attack it is anything that won't be scouting or reliably defending the base * Anything _not_ attacking it gives it a chance to actually evolve something * It's incredibly confusing

wouldnt be too bad if you could sneak a evo chamber into their mineral line. perhaps group 4 or so drones together in a chain and when opponent leaves to attack them take one out of the group to evo block some minerals. also might be possible to create wall of evo chambers around larva, would be funny and probably hurt you more then opponent...
