I'm playing StarCraft since 1998... and after I played with the zergs in the first campaign of the Zergs before the expansion... I've becomed more and more infested and in the Brood War the infestation was concluded ... and until now I still serving my Queen...and fighting for the swarm!

Yah, It kinda sounds like Twisted Metal right? I loved these themes when they came out in 2010. Wings Of Liberty era (2010-2012) The best era so far.

I never agreed more on something

While I think I prefer the original zerg themes, I'll never understand why so many trash these ones. They're ambient, creepy, intense, and fit the Zerg perfectly. It's some of the scariest music I can think of in all the right ways.

To be honest these tracks are a major improvement in the Zerg lore, like dark techno, it seems pretty awesome when you play the swarm, be complained somewhat in Protoss OST specially in the WoL, to many reharsh of previous themes of the oldies and even that the comunnity by majority doesnt like it....

That was perfect, plain and simple. My most sincere congrats to the composers, you did a marvelous job...

What's great about these videos is not having any idea what you think you're going to hear, until the first note plays, and then knowing exactly what you're going to be listening to until the next piece.

dude, this soundtrack conveys the 'hive mind' theme of the zerg soo well.

Zergs are my favourite enemies, and these soundtracks are insane!

Makes me proud to be a Zerg player. My Ultralisks can finish a job if Mutalisks and Zerglings haven't eaten my foes alive. I do preffer the Brood War themes though!

Theme 8 is my favourite. Very cosmic and from beyond the galaxy, I don't know what other way to describe it lol. I love it lol, I love all of them though to be fair ;-)

I love the buildup in theme 5, with some good headphones. Very intense.

11:39 is the best theme. It's the one that comes closest to replicating StarCraft 1 Zerg music, which was definitely better as videogame music.

I think 2:10 is way more SC1 than anything else. The rest absolutely lacks in percussion and groove, despite the nice guitar riffs at 11:39, it's lacking imo.

The soundtrack is absolute gold

The last section is the one I’ve been looking for.

Absolutly awsome track cant wait for the sc1 sound track to be introduced into sc2 upcoming patch briong it on !!

During my very short SC2 online battles, I was torn between Terran and Zerg. Terrans are stealthy, brutal, devious and I nuked hard with Ghost. Then the Zerg beckoned with rapid spawning, rapid rebuild and force of numbers. I basically failed at Protoss, which was unexpected..

The last Terran-Kerrigan's zerg kill, nice background.

Theme 2 is most similar to the brood war music. Might be why I like it the best.

We are the Zerg. Lower your gauss rifles and surrender your battlecruisers. We shall add your genetic and psionic distinctiveness to our own. Your physiology will adapt to serve the Swarm. Resistance is futile. Yeah, I just tried to adapt the borg speech to the Zerg. ( waves of " GTFO " comments in 3...2...1... )
