This was not a preemptive gg or BM. It was reds fault for being a douche and not leaving when his stalkers died. Which was inevitable due to his bad micro. Red forced blue to kill every last building which causes the game to end promptly . So blue saying gg right before was not BM but the best he could do.

Etiquette states you should not type GG BEFORE the losing side does. If he doesnt think that was a good game, there is no reason for you to type GG other then to piss your oponnent. And even if red was a douche does not justify blue being a douche as well.

He wasn't being a douche though. He saw what buildings he had left, which was nothing, with one whole pylon, meaning he couldn't field an army. It was over lol.

I dont leave till my last building is dead. I was losing badly once. All my buildings besides a few were done. Dude like left to take a shit or something and I killed him with the few troops i had left. Never gg, never surrender.

I think the nickname of the red Protoss is "killer stress (킬러 스트레스)" backwards in Korean. It has nothing to do with "scatterd" though. Google Translate is probably being silly :P

5:47 It keeps his opponent from knocking down the rocks, as that would bypass his wall completely. The cannon keeps melee units away from the rocks

If this is gold league nowadays, I might actually stand a chance if I decide to come back into the game.

I played warcraft 3 for a few years, recently (less than a month), I watched the Alphastar demonstration and decided start playing StarCraft by just copying Alphastar's mass stalker strategy because I think I have good micro. Just doing single base mass stalkers every game, using the resources and having reasonable micro placed me in gold, and the games I lost had stupid mistakes like me flying over my opponent's probes with an oracle but not knowing how to turn the cannons on because I hadn't read the skills.

Well, I mean, it's not like calling "gg" while enemy has an army and few bases, because you are so confident you will win. It's literally your opponent has no production, is revealed and only has few buildings left and you have 20 or so Voidrays... It is "gg" and it's not like he called "gg easy" or something.

The reason you see professionals quit RIGHT when the army battle outcome is decided. Shows great knowledge and skill as well as props to the opponent.

Used to c rush with forward forge. Later gate as well it just means you intend to take your opponents base its a sign of commitment.

Actually that mass recall does make sense. There was only 3 patches of gold mins left, the other base was completely full. So it is better to move most of your workers there since there are more available patches to mine from and build just 4 or so more probes at the old one. Remember gold bases mine out so much faster than normal.

I like the games that play to the end, just to see massive destruction :)

I remember the ol' Starcraft. When i was that stupid, that i massed everything that i could in every game. Mass Thor, Mass Voidray, Mass Mothership (?), Mass Carrier and mass Ultralisk, aah that was a gg easy for the opponent, i mean, i was weak af

I tried molden cheese. Ain't as good as the fresh cheese. But scotish cheese is also good. But however I wouldn't like cheese, cheesy strategies are still not going out for me. Why? Because I'm that of a noob.

This map is the most fun map on the ladder in my opinion. So many choke points, routes for sneak attacks. Going air isn't bad either.

lowko i have used a maxed out stalker army vs maxed out void ray army and that was before the massive voidray nerf and i won heavily in fact it was a massacre

In Mat's defense, there were double+ mineral patches in the bottom left. If he left half at the other, I think he might still be overmining from it for nothing, idle probes are idle. No worth. Getting rid of the gold faster just means his opponent has a lower chance to be able to get anything from it later. As far as I can tell, the blue liquid is likely an LCL/Bacta equivalent. Shock absorption and keeping the crippled protoss alive.
