so basically it is all just memorization? I've been working at target starbucks for a week now and completely blank on how to make a simple coffee even. No one is training me and when I copy what they do they always tell me I'm doing it wrong

Same experience, I’ve been at my store for about 3 weeks and they just tell me how to do it as I’m doing it super fast but I’m not remembering anything and then they’re telling me to “just remember” the recipes. And im like, i dont even know the names of the drinks by memory 🤷‍♀️

I worked as a Starbucks Barista in a Target for awhile. Left but didn’t like all my other jobs as much as making coffee. Just got a position in a an actual Starbucks building and need to refresh my mind. It helps calm my anxiety so much having already worked as a barista for awhile!😊

U can adjust the color setting on your printer for each specific printing project. If I remember correctly, the option be to print black/white or gray scale.

I’ve been binging your videos because I’ve been trying to get hired at a Starbucks near me. I want to be prepared! I’m going to go in and get that job! Update: I THINK I GOT HIRED!!! I was stopping by a bunch of stores I applied at and I went to one that told me they weren’t hiring a couple weeks ago. Well she said that they had someone who was coming in today but ended up not being able to work there! So she ended up interviewing on the spot and the manager was so sweet! She told me she’d love to hire me and to resend the application that I sent a couple weeks ago! I’m so excited! Now I’m rewatching these videos to prepare a bit!

Biggest piece of advice from me is the same as her, keep showing up in person and asking about hiring + making conversation with the manager. Also, when it comes to getting trained and learning, try to get a hands on experience. You can probably communicate to your trainer that you’re more of a hands on person (if you are, I think most people tend to be in some way). Experience + practice is the best way to learn imo.
