This is super old at this point but if any players are looking for small tips, the ground slam secondary on some hammers cancel out all fall damage, I found that insanely useful early game

I've gotten into starbound last month when I discovered it on the steam winter sale. I'm in love with it. I'm looking forward for your videos about its latest update 1.2 tho ☺️💜

I love the “DONT FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE” popping up during the nice talk at the beginning

Funny thing about the double yolk glitch on my end, I did not know this glitch existed and decided to put the eggs down and leave the planet to farm for bosses (I already finished the game so I needed the weapons). When I came back, I saw 2 of the mobs from 1 egg, I thought it was a rare occurence.

Lol I found this channel playing Valheim now I’m back using firesparks assistance once again.

One pro tip and two glicthes

DatrykSenkrad also works with fish so if you catch a legendary narwal you can clone it and have a tank of 100 of them.

I tend to be lacking any good food, but the beginning of the game has tons of cheap food. Just pick it up wherever you walk, and if you're really starving, head back to the cavern dungeon that takes you to the hub portal. It's packed with food. It's also great for early game loot. Just replay it for tons of weapons, and get a spiked ball (I use slime) asap because of the extras over the portal.

I guess you could say the last tip lets you have your cake and eat it too.

Happy holidays man. I hope you had a fun a restful holiday Yeah wow these tips are great. Tree one is really useful. Would make harvesting coconut trees a lot lets cumbersome. Hmm that explains why one of my fluffalo seemingly duplicated. I normally wait for my fluffalo to hatch and grow up before leaving the planet. I left the egg to do something at the outpost. When I returned there were two and I wondered how that happened. Wow the boss mission chest one is truly game breaking. Those are a good source of weapons, money and capture pods. Normally I do missions over and over to get those items but this is just wow. This is most likely going to be patched. Hmm never knew about the consumables not getting used. Sometimes when I eat something by using it outside of my inventory, it doesn't get used. I wonder if this glitch is related to that. Thanks for sharing this wonderful tips. I really like the tree tip and will be using it as long as it is viable. Time to flood the world with coconuts.

Question: I'm fairly new to Starbound and was going to check if the Boss loot glitch still worked. The ancient portal near the Outpost is not activated. Is there a quest-line i have to complete to power it up?

I've always done the double fluffalo glitch but thought it was works as intended. My farming planet was on a separate planet than my base so I would just place the egg and come back later

Fire spark, an easier way to do the food/bandage glitch is just have your iventory open, click on the item, then click outside the inventory box and then quickly press tab to close your inventory.

lol I was getting a bunch of fuffaloes to farm for the perfect armor and right as I placed down a all 4 of the eggs I had (one of each kind), I left to go buy more and when I got back, there was 2 in each and I just dismissed it as rng chance of how many fuffaloes would hatch. Now I know different

what weapon were you using fighting the Erchius Horror?

At 12:07 what weapon is that? Can you find it without cheating and if not, what is the command to get it?

Why would you do duplication glitches?? If you want to cheat, then why not just use admin commands??

But it certainly isn't a pro-tip. A pro tip would just be to use /admin and /spawnitem. You could maybe use duplication glitches on servers, but even then, can you just go single player, use admin commands and come back with more items. (And it's probably quicker, and won't cause you a potential ban or kick from the server.) There is nothing wrong with using duplication glitches. It's just way easier to use admin commands. If you find a duplication glitch, then just tell the devs about it. You won't really get much use out of it.

I wish I could help but I honestly have no idea. This seems to be an issue many people have. You would think that one would be able to play this on a toaster but it seems that the game is rather intensive even though it is just a pixel game. I have even seen post where people with high end machines can't play. Which is sad cause it is a great game.

who would actually need an automatic tree farm? I'm not very far into the game, so maybe I just don't know about other uses for wood, but if you just chop down all the trees you find while exploring a planet, you will have so much wood, that I don't think you could possibly go through all of it very quickly.

I just think that your not saving enough time when you use that tree tip so why bother to use it. But I do see why some might use it just to save a tiny bit of time.

Some trees give you more than wood (I.e the geode trees give you the breakable rocks which can give you various things). And with that tip you can make sizeable chains and fell 20ish trees with the flick of a switch. Much faster than going to a planet and having to hunt down a specific type of tree you want. Sure its not the best tip in the world but I think it is definitely something to use because honestly why not.

ACE I picked up Starbound after a friend told me about it she never said anything about the Erchius boss and when I saw it I thought ER key us she says it the same way as does another you tuber paulsoresjr (he has never committed a series to Starbound that lasted long enough to get on to the Ixodoom boss)

I have found a bug: (You need Fracking 'universe or Cheats, Craft a Dislocater, and teleport through a 1 block thick door! get! It works. So you can get the Lootchest for the Bone-Dragon within 15 seconds!

i honestly don't get the point of glitches and bug use in a single player kinda of game like this? you use a bug to get more loot for example when you could just use a command and get it anyways? its the same thing but you have to do a tiny bit of leg work to run back? am i the only one who does not get it at all? i could understand it if you had no other option but the hard way, but you have the power to spawn anything you want? if you want it but don't want to "put in the work" you may as well spawn it rather then use some bug right? its nonsense to me.

I got this really messed up glitch where i got 3 of the same crew mate, i had soldier, a mechanic and got the engineer last. the engineer keeped duplicating. even when i loged out it stayed and each one upgraded the fuel efficiency. anyone else? i have no clue why it happened but i have 3 engineers.

except for the tree farm thingy it still works amazingly and its something i do in all off my playthroughs a great place to find the trapdoors naturally is in glitch castles

Dane Lohrey second floor of the outpost building, bring the scientist 10 copper ingots, 10 silver ingots and 10 gold ingots to get dash, pulse jump and ball form. ecards are used to buy variant forms for each tech. imho spike ball is best
