The adeptus mechanicus are probably the easiest imperial force for the clones to beat since their weapons are designed for fighting droids and they use emp grenades. Plus if they beat them and are able to scour the battlefield they can get their hands on some of the most advanced or newest imperial technology to aid in defeating other imperial forces

star wars tech doesn't really change, so it be really new to them. Them getting a look at what skitaarii are will break the clones.

@@tarektechmarine8209 Star Wars tech changes a lot it's just usually it only really advances when a war is going on. Look at all the stuff created during the clone wars and then when the Empire existed and Palpatine was putting a huge amount of funds into the military to sustain his power and crush the rebels. Also cyborgs exist in SW even if most aren't to the extent of the skitarii. General Grievous is basically a dreadnought with a metal life support suit keeping his organs alive

to be fair on the actual tabletop game admech can do stuff like cloak their entire army or flood the battlefield with radiation (skitarri vanguard units are even dedicated to it) so the clones themself would likely have a very hard time dealing with it though a lot of the more common clone vehicles are effectively titan scale for 40k so they would still work well
