The rumors are that people inside lucasfilm are extremely threatened by theory. They have people on Twitter who try to slander him because they want him to lose his voice. He calls out their mediocrity and it drives them nuts.

It was a little more than that. As soon as episode 4 came out, Wookipedia rushed to retcon as much information as possible on their site to fit in with this new canon, including entries on the Prequels (Disney's purchasing agreement forbids any alterations to the Star Wars Saga movies, which The Acolyte does quite blatantly). Fans immediately tried to fix the retcons and restore the altered pages and Wookipedia's staff threw a huge fit that not everybody agreed with the Rainbow Mafia. So they decided to get back by attacking Theory thinking he'd just smile and say "thank you". And when he didn't, Wookipedia's staff began attacking him more directly. I don't think they expected the threat of legal action because anyone who pushes DEI and gender politics on their website is SURELY above the law. They're going to learn the hard way because the woke don't understand how the world actually works and will invariably double down on their attacks.

The reason Theory held on for as long as he did is because when he was a kid, he had a cancer scare that Star Wars helped him get through. I feel bad for the guy that Acolyte finally broke him because he looked devastated, but I respect how he’s bounced back and is standing up to these monsters.

I had a coworker who had told e that he, quite literally, lost weeks of sleep because people disliked the new Star Wars content. There’s seemingly a very large population of emotionally immature adults.

If you accuse someone publically and directly of being responsible for something so serious then you have to produce the receits. Of course there's nothing. It's always these people who don't know how defamation works, how the law works, how anything works.

If we can’t protect Star Wars, Disney can be damn sure we’ll avenge it.

During the turn of the 20th century President Teddy Roosevelt campaign on breaking up the Monopolies of the 19th century. Those anti-trust laws are still on the books you lobby congress to break up the Disney. You can force them to sell Lucas films.

I don't get why people hate Theory so much

I've been a fan of his for years, even when he had a different opinion than mine, I still was and still remain today a fan of his. He has always told people to be respectful. I hope he files the lawsuit.

Star Wars Theory speaks for many Star Wars fans. He is the sort of person who should be in charge of the franchise, not the far left lunatics who have utterly infested this franchise.

Just some honesty people. Fans want a rich history of character they love. Amazing well written story without any agendas or DEI. They are also sick of the directors and Disney using fans as escape goats for bad acting and badly written story. But if Directors, Actors, and writers start calling fans names and accusing them of being toxic men, racism, sexism, anti-female, or bigots with the DEI agenda. Fans will fire back and these big companies forget that what makes a movie money is the fans. You insult them with name calling and accusing them of being something just because they want a decades rich story well written without DEI. They will boycott your movies. Back when the Original trilogy was in theaters, diverse crowds of humans stood around the block waiting for tickets, all enjoying each other's company. Nobody was excluded, nobody was told, "This isn't for you!" or "You're too toxic to stand in line with us." Nothing in the movies beat us over the head with politics. This was pure, escapist entertainment, and a LOT of the fans were young men who weren't the alpha coolest bad-asses, and their friends, families and dates. These guys loved being able to escape and feel like greatness was possible. Now? Diversity and Inclusion doesn't include us, not even a little bit. I have seen Star Wars from the day it started in 1977. Tired of decades of Star Wars rich history being destroyed just to please a DEI agenda. After Star Wars 1 throu 6 it has gone down hill. If it is not made by George Lucas.. It is not Star Wars period..The truth is it is not Lucas Films anymore. It is Kathleen Kennedy Films. And before you go screaming bigotry. This has "NOTHING" to do with women or your skin color. I just have the boldness to say what every other Lucas fan is thinking. It has to do with trashy story writing and acting, but as usual the feminists will and already scream "Fans" are racist, sexist, misogynists, bigots. Again NOTHING to do with your skin color or being a woman. They writing and story has nothing to do with Star Wars. It is agenda driven trash. Well Lesley Headland & Kathleen Kennedy, and your Director team need to look in the mirror because that is exactly what THEY are promoting. Fans are not blind. So no matter what they try to say.. If I threatened you on the internet, as a stranger- it'd be easier to take action than it would be if I wanted to say something to you in public (because then all you'd have is a physical description, and possibly video/audio/photo- but there's no digital footprint there).

I am really proud of you for this video, Nate. I learned very early from my father not to care for any company. My Dad when I was little was the family photographer and he liked Minolta cameras. I wanted a camera and bought a Minolta camera as a teenager. Later Minolta was in trouble and they was selling the camera department to Sony. I told my Dad and my Dad said I don't care. Back in 2008 the big crash the stock market had GM was having huge problems and I was talking to my Dad and he said he did not care. But he does like GM cars. The movie A Bronx Tale the son was talking to his Dad played by Robert De Niro and the son was talking about some baseball player have problems and Robert De Niro said something like I don't care does he care if I can pay the the rent on this apartment or put food on the table. Makes you think these companies don't care about you so why should I care about them. I'm not wishing for companies to go out of business but the people at the top of these companies sometimes are very shady. Olympus the camera company was doing some really shady things and it hurt the workers at the bottom and the people at the top only cared about themselves. So I care about good people but not scumbags.
