Glad to see this set was a success and sold out worldwide on Hasbro Pulse. Hopefully it paved the way for more TVC sets of this nature.

Seeing Tessek in those action poses is so cool! I think with the bottom half being Cal already, they are crazy close to being able to make a Quarren fishermen from Mando S2!

Great review. Velken and Taym have been a loooong time coming, so it's great to finally see them in plastic. Let's hope we don't have to wait so long to get the missing guards from the 2nd skiff and an updated Barada.

Thank you!! I totally agree, it's refreshing to finally have Velken's spot on the skiff filled. Hopefully Hasbro has some creative tricks up their sleeves to finish off that 2nd skiff. I bet the first figure we will see is Barada, since he's a simple repaint of Kithaba. But I sure would not mind an update to his swivel hips. ✨✌️😎

Can't wait for my 3 sets! Velken and Taym have been at the top of my wishlist for more than 20 years! If they knock out Fozec and Shasa Tiel in another set like this, I'll be very happy. Shame about Ree-Yees, I wish they could've been a bit more creative and did something like repack a Jawa, sculpt a leaf fan and called it Herat.

They have certainly been requested for quite some time, and it's awesome that they finally made it into TVC! Fozec seems more possible now with the Velken arm tooling, so fingers crossed we see him join the ranks. Think it's safe to say that a majority of us would have preferred something else in place of Ree-Yees. I think the Gammorean Guard would have been a smart repack. We could always use more of those. ✨😃✨

A 4 pack of endor rebel troops or weequay gamorian guard gungan warrior is what i want as soon as possible

I hope we see some Endor Troopers one day soon, they are long overdue. Same for the Gungans.

Great review! Yeah was really disappointed in the Ree Yees repack. If they were set on including a repack to help pay for the partial tooling of the others, I would’ve much preferred they had chosen a TVC 1.0 figure to repack with this set (like Kithaba). But would’ve been even better is if they instead included Barada by doing a simple repaint of Kithaba.

Yeah, he's not the most popular, but a second shot at a card is cool. While I detest swivel hips, a Kithaba repaint, giving us Barada probably would have been better for sure. I still wouldn't mind some kind of upgrade to his legs, just saying Hasbro! ✨👌😃✌️✨

They are a great looking set and I know that plenty of people are going to be using them for customs but I know you are going to come up with some fun designs using these characters now doubt. Characters that work on different levels that are fun to army build and get multiples of are the best kind of figure. Obviously you can use one for the original purpose but after that you can just mix and match and be as creative as you want. I think it's why Aliens, Clones and Storm Troopers tend to be popular. All of these are going to look great in the display be it as their original characters and also whatever customs you come up with. Even Rees can be utilised to make maybe a bounty hunter or Jedi so he's not entirely without purpose. Anyone who wanted to make that Senator from Ahsoka congrats I guess lol. Anyway I think that's it for now but knowing me I've forgotten some stuff. Looking forward to the next video.

Exactly! There's a lot you can do with these, which is just very Star Wars in itself. The original set and costume designers were kit bashing and tossing all sorts of things together, giving it that look we all know and love. Haha Ree-Yees is definitely a great head to swap with other figures, his base just sucks. I'll find a use for them somehow! ✨🤘😁🤘✨

There’s a really good chance that it will get another production run, and maybe even be available through fan channels like entertainment earth and big bad toy store instead of just being a Pulse exclusive? I really hope they do because I wouldn’t mind another set myself ✌️😃😃✌️

great review, interesting fact, Velken is actually nearly all new. While he uses the crotch and thighs of the recent Andor figure, that’s it. For some reason Hasbro decided to sculpt all new lower legs and feet for Velken. Im not complaining at all, I think it’s great. I was jist very surprised to see this, when they could have very easily just used all of Andor’s legs, the same way they used them for Taym, and no one would have been the wiser. Fascinated extra mile they decided to go.

Thanks!! Oh you're totally right, and it's excellent that they opted to do that! I almost feel like his boots could be used for an Endor Trooper, Pyke Soldiers or maybe some Rogue One Pathfinders. I would like to see similar boots as the BS Endor Trooper just got, but anything would be an improvement to our outdated swivel hip versions. Either way these Andor legs could be used for quite a bit! ✨✨✌️😎✌️✨✨

I hate that they put that Ree Yees in this set. I have 2 open already, black series 3.75 and the Jabba’s playset one too. I wish they had put in a gammorean guard Lando skiff guard or even the Luke Skywalker Jedi Knight. Any of those would have been better. Sigh…..

He is legit a major drag for this set, but I do get that some people needed him carded. Regardless I totally agree with you that the Gammorean Guard would have been an EXCEPTIONAL repack for this set. I think way more people are looking to add a few of that figure to their collections. ✨🤘😁🤘✨

Hard to say at the moment. It's currently a Pulse exclusive, but I would not be surprised to see fan channels or Amazon get access to later production runs. I definitely want another set or two 👌😁
