The Mandalorian Chapter 16 has one of my favorite Slave I moments when it turns its guns rearward. Normally in Star Wars, the key to winning a dogfight is to get behind your enemy. But “behind Slave I” is a very unsafe place to be.
Doesn't matter what they call it, it's one of the coolest ships in the franchise.

the Slave 1 is a modified firespray 31 attack and patrol craft. Its given name is the slave 1 but its manufacturers will designate it the firespray.

My most favourite ship. Had the chance to buy it in Lego (ucs) and stands proudly in the room.
But why did he let out the seismic charge sound🥺
Star wars has the best sounding ships period.
This is my absolute favorite ship of all Star Wars

@@Antheee there was one of those featured in the rise of Skywalker book, (which makes it canon) so it’s possible. I was thinking it would be cool if he got a hold of an LA-AT.

the Slave 1 was not in those shots unfortunately
It never shows how inside the cockpit rotates as it takes off. Doesn’t make any sense.
