Now I understand why I couldn’t find any of the new mold of the stormtrooper, this gentleman has bought them all. Amazing work and collection, hopefully Hasbro gives us a new mold snow trooper so you can add those to you growing collection.

A very awesome unit structure. I'm assembling my own Empire of the Hand, Stormtrooper assault company. I am relying on the imperial handbook and references to US Army squad structures. Not including Imperial Army and Navy attachment forces.

@@TheImperialCommunique I started by organizing my squads. The basic squad is the... Line squad of 8 troopers: 1 squad leader(white pauldron), 1 corporal (Black pauldron), 1 trooper with heavy blaster (dtl19, 21b, and RT-97c), and 4 normal stormtroopers with e-11s. Next is the heavy blaster squads. I use the US army machine gun squad as reference. Each heavy squad is 7 troopers with the squad leader and corporal, 3 troopers with heavy blasters and 2 reg stormtroopers. Recon squads or scout troopers are 6 troopers each. With 2 74z bikes and 2 snipers. Specialized squads I made similar to a line squad, but replaced the trooper with a heavy blaster with an incinerator trooper. The same goes with the artillery trooper but I may change that.

@@sleekbeaksheek Shooting and editing takes about two weeks with my schedule. That doesn’t include planning everything out, writing the script, etc.

I love seeing them all out together for picture day!

Your army never fails to amaze me. You're utilizing a great deal of trooper types. I myself will have to forgo a great deal many, such as the Jump trooper, Space trooper V. 2, etc. It just gets to be too many. Also, no Royal guards? I also made my own army structure. I've never heard of this Imperial handbook, my squads, platoons & companies could be way off base! Lol I've been troop building based on those numbers, it'd be a great undertaking to re-arrange everything now.

Prayer. 😅 Seriously though, the 4-pack releases have SLIGHTLY better machined peg holes. Slightly. Just enough that I can angle right foot down just enough to balance them on stand reasonably well. Takes some doing.

An outstanding sprawl of Rebellion crushing Imperial power! Lovin it all, but I needed a few views to take everything in. I'm still gutted I didn't get one of those clean Tank drivers! Some great customs, as always, with enough tiny details to make them unique 👌 As Brody once said, "You're going to need a bigger table!" Or was that boat? Standing by awaiting further Communique's P.S. Not including the Daleks in the unboxings is not nice, you'll hurt their feelings 😉

Very cool. You're on the way to a regiment! I have what I call a Battalion sized Garrison. Mix of army and navy, about 600 men or so. It's fun to organize them out into different units. I just don't have the matching vehicles, that's incredible. I use the morak drivers as my universal drivers, ITT, Assault tank. Andor aldhani mission I'll probably use as tank commanders/logistical officers.

I think I saw a video of your's a year or two ago, where you said you had a very easy mod to fix the sagging ATAT legs. You mentioned you would post a video of the ATAT mod, but i dont recall ever seeing it. Do you plan to film a video or show us how to fix the ATAT legs? I still have trouble posing mine.

Wow!!! Great memory. Never made a video, but had one planned. 😬 I did post a picture of the fix somewhere which was simply using thin wire to tie and secure the ankle joints.

This is a very interesting and ambitious setup. I can tell you put a lot of effort into this that no doubt took years of your time and life and I commend you for remaining committed to your idea and collection. Your setup is unique and also very helpful for any understanding if someone wanted to setup things like this in the future. I also like the idea of making sure everything is different and has a variety of troopers and types for the groups as it isn't just regular Storm Troopers or some variants and regular Officers this is a fully functional military and navy. I also like the idea of using examples that probably exist but we barely see like the Medical Staff. I think a Medical Staff would be used especially if a unit began to lose troops and didn't have backup they would want to save troops if possible to complete the mission and win the battle unless they are at death's door or they are considered lesser to the Empire like what happened with Crosshair and Mayday. They'd try and savour resources as much as they could. Again it makes your army unique especially since Hasbro won't be making figures like this anytime soon. Speaking of all your customs are great looking. Utilising as many parts and old figures as possible makes for certain nothing goes to waste here even if things will slowly but surely be updated as Hasbro finally starts to put out the definitive versions of the Troopers but it's still going to be long before they finish especially if more are added and they will. I'm sure your excited whenever something new comes out to add to your army and upgrade parts of it even though again it must be time consuming and a big cost. But it's all worth it I'm sure to add to your impressive setup. I know a lot of those figures particularly the comic packs were hard to come by back in the day and even tougher now. When I was young it was always hard to find more than one of a trooper and an alien. And those still are the most challenging but fun to army build for collectors and now at least it looks a bit easier to add these kinds of characters to collections since there's more options than going to just one store and being lucky but from what I gather it can be a bit difficult still. If I was in a place where I could collect again I'd be jumping on them in a heartbeat. I've had to pack a lot of my stuff away due to lack of space so watching videos from the collecting community like yourself, Only One Kenobi, Toys are the Way and others is what helps me live through things so to speak and makes me still feel like I'm part of the collecting world. Hopefully one day I can be able to do so again myself. Crafting setups like these would be a definite thing I'd love to do if that happens. The fact you add stop motion to your videos also makes me think of my youth where I watched countless Star Wars stop motions telling their own stories in addition to watching collecting videos from other KZreadrs when it was still in it's early stages and now it's grown even more which still surprises me but it's great to see. I also noticed you've been to my country Ireland. Sorry to hear about your mother. I'm 26 now I lost mine 5 years ago when I was 21. But I hope it was a good experience for you being there. Anyway I think that's it for now but knowing me I've forgotten some stuff. Looking forward to the next video and seeing your setup grow and evolve.

Thanks so much for your kind comments! This is all really a childhood fantasy come true combined with adult practicality. 🤪 Indeed this is culmination of 20 years of collecting. Lucky certain (older) portions of the army were acquired on clearance or 2nd hand. As life progresses, I have no doubt you’ll be able unpack your collection for display and make many significant additions. In the meantime, you’re definitely watching some great folks, I consider Only One a friend. And thank you so much about my mom. Soooooo, last time a Stormtrooper was in the store was 2018. Of the VC style 140 and 231, I bought a grand total of 0 in a store. All were bought at Entertainment Earth, which you can currently pre-order. 👍😉

What’s the difference between 1st Sgnt and master sgnt? Which Sergeant leads the squads?

MSGt and 1sgt are both E-8 (in the Army) but 1st and Lt or usually a Capt are the top Officers. 1sgt is topenlisted in a Company or Battalion sized element. Then when you get to platoons SFC (e-7) or SSG (E-6) Would be your platoon SGT with a 1Lt would platoon leader. So from top to bottom there is an Enlisted and Officer working together From top to bottom. I hope this kinda makes sense. If you have a good 1sgt he would lead from the front but ive had a few that used platoon sgts to do everything
