Love this comment, I couldn't have put it any better myself. And I agree that Jaden's (both male and female) voice actors are actually good for most of the game, but in the Dark Side ending they (especially the male one) get so ridiculously over-the-top it's hilarious.

I wish they would have actually included some missions with Rosh and made him a true comrade to make his betrayal more meaningful, and Jaden's fall to the darkside more emotional.

11 years later…. Still no JA game.

The great moment where you're struggling between give it up and mercilessly, but with passion to kill your friend that went wrong and spare his life by seeking the path of serenity and consolidation of your mind, to resist and overcome your anger. Amazing scene. No matter what outcome is. It's still getting me chilled.

I think the voice acting king of boggles it down, but the way it's presented is very effective. Child me did not handle the bad ending back when I witnessed it.

I know, for once I would like them to have a dark side ending be official, so that maybe they could have them be the bad guy in the next game or something.

Every time I see Rosh I hear "do it!" "Good. Gooooood!" "JUST DO IT! DON'T LET YOUR DREAMS BE DREAMS!"

the dark side ending does feel a little rushed, and makes the last level a bit harder since you have to fight all the Jedi in addition to the dark Jedi. buuuuut it also means you get to kill Rosh. so worth it

you played this a few days after I was born!!

The graphics is so very good that it reminds you of ET when you see Kyle's face and IT when you see Luke's face.

True, perhaps his previous experience with the force is a factor as well. Having said that, I still think its a bit much to assume that he could just get right up and be fine after taking that much abuse. Besides, I reckon it would have been cooler to have Katarn die by your own hand especially after playing as him in Outcast.

oh and the battle with those guys on the bridge was fun one of them i sparta kicked and the other wgen he was jumping i pushed :D lava is so cool

The darkside ending would have been better if you could kill Kyle at the end. I mean why not take it the whole way? It's not like they would make another game with Jaden in it.

Little training and the vast majority of theme had no force sensitivity to begin with, Kyle and Dassan were highly force sensitive, taking a normal person and using the valley to super charge them with the force doesn’t make you like a real Jedi or darksider. Not to mention the real reason is that if every enemy in the game was like Tavion or Kyle the game wouldn’t work you need lesser AI enemies that you can beat relatively easily.

God The Textures were screwed in the cutscenes. It looked like they're heads were deformed. But still cool.

The imperial march in this scene is my favorite version of it.

I honestly though that Luke would be the final boss.

i usually play the lightside ending because i am the perfect epitome of the new-age jedi =).Not to mention its much more optimistic.i have to admit though the dark side ending is a bit more fun lol

I love that game, I still play it sometimes :) - but I still think anger doesn't lead to the dark side (seriously, Luke used his anger on Vader in 'Return of the Jedi' and he didn't turn into a Sith!), you can after all control your anger (unless you grew up in the stupid original Jedi Temple where they teach you to deny your feelings. As if feelings aren't part of being alive! Otherwise they could really replace you with a droid! Seriously, control your emotions, but do not try to shut them off! Bottling stuff up will make it worse when the damn finally cracks and breaks!) ps: Begging for your life is also pathetic (note: I am not saying I wouldn't, but that doesn't make it any less pathetic!), if you are the person who made the very choices that put your own life in danger (begging is ok if you are in a case of wrong place, wrong time!)...Rosh might not have deserved death, but it's not like the game gives you any options but being totally forgiving (which I would not be, I mean he might have killed Jaden with that training bot!) or killing him! I personally? I'd have beaten him badly, but I would probably not kill him!

It seems you miss a point in that scene in Return of the Jedi. It was then, when Luke realised what Dark Side if capable of when it cosumes you. That was his revelation.

This is why Jedi Fallen order and Survivor are lacking and why linear games will forever be lacking. We need a Star Wars game where you can embrace the light or succumb to the Dark side and become a Sith. Cause for some reason since Disney took over Star Wars. They've focused almost entirely on the Jedi and light side storys.

This game needs a remake. Its combat is incredible, but its story is horrendously written.

Lozenge at the beginning of the game, Jaden got a direct hit from the scepter, which knocked him several stories down a temple and he was just knocked unconscious, so ig the scepter isn’t that powerful
