Great review Justin, love the blue background.This is really a great figure and a part re paint that is worthy with the addition of an awesome new head sculpt. I thought my tattoo markings were all over the place till i realised they are meant to look this way.

I've been feeling that blue background as well. Makes the figures pop a bit more compared to the white or black background that I usually use. Yeah, he looks wicked awesome just standing there with his weapon in one hand, like "don't mess with me bro." Lol. The one thing I was disappointed with, is that he is short, I'm unfairly comparing him to Savage, but he's not him. I got him standing next to Hondo, and Hondo is taller... It's funny, I collect the GG figures, but don't play the games. Lol. Overall, this is a good figure, even better that I was able to get him on release date, like, wow. Great review Justin. 👍

If you remember from the Clone Wars arc, Savage was a normal looking Zabrak before going through the magical dark arts witchcraft (or whatever it's technically called) transformation by Mother Talzin. It was only after that process that he turned huge! Alas, I would absolutely love to get that figure someday as well. Thanks for checking out the new review, Mitch! -Justin

Nice, I doo love a good zabrak/night brother, after Maul’s character was so awesomely fleshed out in the clone wars and rebels he became one of my all time favorite starwars characters and the savage opress arch was straight up bad ass from start to end. I haven’t played fallen order but have watched the stitches together video bits like a film and it’s such a good story. Wicked figure and review J, glad you finally have him and he wasent a disappointment dude!

You KNW got mine in the mail but living in a small town it’s hard figure hunting ! But I have my fill wen my son and I would go toy hunting in the 80’s , no internet , cell phones , we did it te old fashion way just go out to all the stores and look also comic book shops , we use the yellow pages telephone book to find stores , it was fun and toys hunting is great , and gas was cheap then , Hahahahahaha!!!! Not gas so high and I’m retired , but still collecting BS , and making my own figures , my son marvel collector , but gets his stuff on line , sad thing is it’s more fun hunting with someone who get excited for the hunt , just saying . But got my night brother warrior and dig it !! Also like the head for customizing !! Good interview Justin 👍👍😀

Justin, glad to see you take on a review. Nicely done. With the canceled pre-order debacle I somehow ended up with two. But I’m glad. Both the head and arm articulation are so good that I find them to be very expressive and fun to pose as a pair.

@@OutOfTheBasement I know I was charged for one of them but I’m still sorting out through my PayPal account since that pre-order was so far back to see if both were charged. But I’m good either way. After playing with one I probably would’ve bought a second anyway.

I received the 501st Jet Trooper, Umbra Arc Trooper, and Nightbrother from Gamestop last week. The Nightbrother was my surprise favorite of the three despite the old Maul leg articulation. My Jedi Fallen Order display is really starting fill out. Another great review!

He could feature and make surreptitious head and eye movements towards the camera like hostages do when they are forced to read propaganda out in the hope someone will realise they are resisting!

Surprisingly i found myself liking this fig too! didnt even pre order it so when i saw it in stock after a while there was just something that made me pick it up :)

I like it. I will display with Apprentice Maul and if they release 2-3 other Nightbrothers and hopefully Nightsisters too, I will get them all and display as a tribute to Dathomir. Talzin, Savage, Merrin... I take them all.

@@OutOfTheBasement Yes, have it on my pre-orders. Also, I like the Republic Commandos too. The helmet and visor looks nice. I can deal with the slim body. The hole in the forearm is the only thing I really dislike. But I take them too. Those are going close to the Bad Batch crew. Take care!

Sorry I haven't kept with everything Justin. This figure looks pretty dang cool to me. I just got mine 2 weeks ago. I don't think that spike on the end of the weapon is a tooth. I think it's a head spike from himself. Something of a personal mark on his weapon of choice. Keep up the great work.

I saw 4 of these in a Gamestop & the paint varied from figure to figure. A couple looked symmetrical, a couple not so much. Still on the fence with this figure.

Great review. Wait, when did they start putting windows at the top of the box? What’s the point of that? I thought Hasbro was trying to reduce their use of plastics? They could start by not putting windows at the top of the TBS boxes, lol.

Thanks, Brett on Fett! I'm fairly certain every galaxy packaging release starting in 2020 has had a window on the top of the box. There were even a few waves of red/black box that had it! And technically it is less plastic because the plastic shell that the figure is in also doubles as the window since it is encased in the box. The box itself doesn't have any plastic if that makes any sense. One idea is that the window on the top allows light in for in-box collectors I guess? Appreciate you checking out the review! -Justin

Even though I am mainly a TVC collector, I do collect TBS also and own about 40 TBS figures (still in box) and probably about 20 of those in the Galaxy packaging I’ve gotten since 2020 and have never noticed a window at the top. Gonna go check them out when I get home from work tonight, lol. But yeah I get what you mean about the window being part of the insert that holds the figure. Thanks!

Eighth! I'm still not buying this mouth business! Assblo have "previous" in sloppy-woppy painting....Dont know about the fig. If I buy it, he will be a proper rando on the shelf. It's the same reason I haven't pulled the old trig on Aura? and Assaj? I have a concentration on the "Oridge Tridge", Clonones and the newer offerings such as the mandoverse and bb. Sounds terrible, but I still don't have any Maul or Qui gon which has never made me lose any sleep. It's a dilemma for sure J!! Good review and keep being honest brother.
