I'm just waiting for when somebody remakes the Halo campaign into a campaign similar to Republic Commando where someone replaces all the models. I'd love to see Boss in place of Master Chief and taking down a ton of battle droids instead of grunts and jackals.

@TheCustomSWFigure No, i mean like replacing the Chief's model or Noble 6's model in the other games with Boss' armor and HUD and having somebody make the enemies droids, geonosians or trandoshans. That way it's Halo gameplay but with Republic Commando weapons, HUD and enemies. If people can make a jackal sniper mod that changes the HUD I know it can be done.

Had this idea when I was a kid, this is exactly what I thought it would look like. Glad to see it was done very well.

This mod is simply incredible, excellent models, excellent audio, excellent everything pretty much! Doing the Halo 4 gun sounds and a few models is such a cool feature that I didn't expect at all. I would love to see more videos of this mod

Couldn't agree more! It's a brilliantly executed concept and it's just as fun to play as you'd imagine. I will try and get at least one more video on this mod out soon, there's a lot of great stuff so one video just doesn't do it justice.

I've been following this mod for a while. It's so good to see it completed.

I've always wondered when someone would do a halo themed battlefront 2 mod, and now I get to see it happen for real, ngl I really wanna give this a go

Dude you can't just...combine two of my favorite things in a seamless way like this, you just CAN'T! Jokes aside, I know this video is old but man does this mod look amazing. Feels just like how massive halo battles should be with more focus on the regular marine rather than solely on the Spartans. Thank you so much for reviewing it and giving it the attention it deserves

I really like this mod, although I just think the UNSC units could have been more creative than just a bunch of Marines. I mean, come on-why wouldn’t the UNSC hero unit be a Spartan?

Halo has been my favorite game franchise since I was 4. I'm 18 now, about to be 19 in July, so seeing this puts a smile on my face. Edit: Of course the Jackals have snipers.

@@BanKai-_- The campaign sucks but there is fun to be had in the multiplayer. Depending on your preference you'll either love or hate multiplayer, it doesn't feel at all like the first few Halo games but it still is a pretty cool system. I'd take the original Halo gameplay over it but I think it's still fun.

GREAT JOB WITH THIS MOD! I've really been hoping for a Halo-based Battlefront-like game for like over a decade! So cool to see there is a version. Would be cool if 343 would seriously look into developing something similar! But again, great job, wish I had a good PC to play this mod on.

My dream spin off idea for a halo game turned into a amazing mod for og battlefront 2, didnt know christmas came early!

I'm 99% certain that the ODSTs are the UNSC's SpecOps. So adding a Spartan would have worked here.......

Yeah was surprised to see that a Spartan wasn't a hero unit (tbh I wasn't expecting to see hero units period, so that was a a surprise to be sure but a welcome one). But Spartans would have been a better fit for the heroes and ODST's as a specialist.

So we got Halo in Battlefront, and now we got Battlefront in Halo. We have come through a full circle, a halo if you will lads.

Just finished Halo 3 campaign in flighting and here I am going back to swbf2 !!!

Whoa this is really trippy for my brain. Whenever a vehicle appeared my brain was convinced that it was actually Halo. You could genuinely fool someone into thinking this is Halo Custom Edition.

I love how this mod keeps the classes similar in role to the BF2 classes, but the engineers need a little more "engineer" to them. Give them either a fusion cutter or a detpack rather than just being a shotgun class

For real my guy. I can't believe how much its changed since the first release, playing as Spartans is sick.

Pretty cool looking mod, I think there should be some stuff changed in my opinion such as making the UNSC faction a little more interesting by having more variations in the marine designs and maybe a female or two to play as. Not a fan that all the marine look almost the same and all green armor. The weapon sounds are also another issue as most are from Halo 4 and those are some of the most bland in the Halo series. Halo 1-3 weapon and vehicle sounds would be better.

The battlefront 2 Og mod are fun

You can be a spartan or the arbiter as hero's.

It averages 900 people online on the Steam servers every month. That doesn't include all the people playing on other platforms and the people on consoles playing offline. I'm sure there's thousands still playing this game.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of crossover mods unless it is content from other Star Wars games in Battlefront 2 i.e Republic commando, Force Unleashed, KOTOR etc.

I think the green on the marines looks too saturated.

I'll never understand why some mods oversaturate the color schemes of perfectly good models. The marines look like plastic army men, meanwhile their vehicles will look perfectly fine.
