Hey! I am playing this on my android phone. It wants me to upgrade an officer, but I do not see a tab for promoting an officer. It's just not there. Can anyone help?

Hi! Go into the officer, like through the officers button. Once officer is open, look at the info card to the right and you will see three tabs on the right side. Click the middle one with a silhouette and an up arrow.

Double check the contents of the chest and file a ticket with support if you are missing him. He's supposed to be there for everyone.

This game is kind of wacked. I didn't get a North Star til it was worthless at level 32 or so. The same with several other low level ships.

Some of these low level ships are only useful if you stay longer in certain level ranges.

I’m a new players. I’ve been hit twice today while trying to mine. When it take 19 hours to mine a mineral how can you live your real life in the real world and not have this happen? Wicked frustrating and demotivator to play. I have to work so what the heck. Do you just not mine if you can’t stare at your screen ready to defend yourself if you even can. Not enjoying this part of the game.

You will get hit whenever your miner goes over protected cargo limits; there are officers that well increase that level. Also, it is best to "shuffle" miners so that they stay under protected cargo for best results.
