Shruti Suresh Well, I haven't watched many dramas of him, only Master's Sun and Sorry I Love You, I'd recommend you that one it's really sad and So Ji Sub's acting melts your heart!!! Also I'd recommend you to watch "Always" it's a movie and So Ji Sub is the main actor, I bet you will cry it's a lovely movie :D

So ji sub is one of finest actor in korea. he is popular in his ways bcs his projects are good to me. When I was child, I didn't know his name but cried bcs "i'm sorry, I love u". After that, I tried to watch all his projects. I agree "i'm sorry, I love u" is legend but "master's sun", "always", "rough cut", "road no 1", "what happened in bali", "phantom", "cain & abel", "company man", "glass slippers", "oh my venus" are good. You can trust his projects to watch bcs its good.

It's actually quite sad.... if you really think about it. Because one of his best friends, Park Yong Ha, died about 2 years before this interview. The 3 of them were known to be extremely close. So when he was talking about good friends, and he said only one, he must have been thinking about Park Yong Ha too but obviously couldn't mention it or express any emotion there.

I would really recommend that drama to you, it's undoubtedly his best work to date, even though i have to warn you that drama is a tearjerker but it's really worth it, trust me i hate sad movies and dramas but i couldn't help but finish that drama because So Ji Sub captivated my heart so hard with his phenomenal acting, lots of his dialogues from that drama are considered legendary and always used in variety shows etc. I also recommend you watch the movie 'Rough Cut' which is a really good movie and So Ji Sub is extremely badass in it. I came upon that movie when I heard So Ji Sub and Kang Ji Hwan took a massive paycut to make sure the film got released, apparently the movie was suffering from low budget and the director was a newbie, i watched the movie to see why those two thought it was worth the paycut and i was not disappointed, it became a sleeper hit in Korea which I think it really deserved, it literally made that new director a hot property and now he is making big budget movies. Sorry for the long post, couldn't help it.
