i can easily see them chucking a "news feed" that just adds little lore snippets here and there or a "radio station"

Almost feels like an entry from the Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy; just needs a little more snark. Also could listen to Zyn's voice all day! Very well spoken and relaxing.

Really cool seeing a system with interspecies cooperation on such a major project

The coolest part of the lore is that a lot of it will have in-game implications. Knowing the law before entering will keep those NPCs from harassing you.

Zin sounded a little laboured with 2 of those names near the end. So much concentration

You guys do a great job with the information and Zin's presentation nails it.

Really looking forward to the eventual addition of aliens to the game. They should add an interesting level of complexity when dealing with laws from fundamentally different cultures.

I second the motion that CIG needs to hire Zin to narrate all their lore.

I always love these little history vids they really help the game come to life

What would be awesome is if for our character we can choose our species!

Though, I'd bet some stuff would happen, so what do you think on mixed species? how would that translate to player characters? do you think we could create vanduul human hybrids? or what about dem turtle people? is it a sort of slider? like a blend of "How vanduul do you want your character?" instead of just outright vanduul or human. Maybe, just an interesting thought.

Yes lore, although we got to get pyro before we get any of the other systems.

It's funny to see that there's so much lore you can find about all these systems, races, corporations and events, but still I usually feel very disconnected when playing SC

I'm astonished at the prospect of exploring so many planets in the future ! Fingers crossed, I'll maybe get to visit a lush tropical planet, I'd had loved Scariff from the Rogue One movie !

It will be exciting to get Pyro in, finally start visiting all the places Zin tells us about

Really excited for whenever we start seeing the aliens just, moving about the verse alongside us.

Something like this can be an event later I hope. Tensions break out and pilots have to go assist.

Turnout for new systems once we have the first 5-6 will likely be quicker, at least human ones, but I hope they don't rush them too much leaving a lot of work to be completed after.

I would like to see some elaboration on The difference is in law.

The first time we get aliens in the PU will be kinda huge

Really enjoy watching/listening to these videos. While including the star map is cool as heck, I think it would be cool if we get some extra images mixed in. For example, any time I hear about a penal colony/station I picture Klescher in my mind, so including screenshots of stuff like that would be cool.

I'm wondering how far the lore has been completed in squadron 42. I am hoping that instead of having a bunch of baddies and always this conflict state that there is some paragon systems with all holy and godly virtues that we can immerse in an atmosphere and have a holy day while we play after we come back from church you know there's a lot of content in most games and it's always a good guy battling a swarm of baddies it would be nice where there is pure heartfelt spirited upright content.
