100%. Mastermodes is a framework, and as soon as things like armor and engineering and what not get added to it, it's gonna be fun..

They are crying because they took so long to master the jank. The speed was fun until you start fighting other people who know how to use it as well, then the fights are boring again

Everyone that is saying they are just upset because they can't just own the server with a light fighter doesn't really get it. Wait until MM goes live and you start seeing the issues. Issues we've been trying to tell CIG about... that only recently themselves started to see some credit in some of these criticisms. Most high skilled pilots are even sick of the meta themselves... it's not the idea of MM that's an issue but just how it's currently implemented. Mark my words MM will have to, and probably will, change.

Bro high speed flights is not going away its the turning rate, side strafing, jousting and shield protection that is! :D And to be honest, if you're really good and super pro who needs needs shields! :D Ahaha all joeking, but yeah I do wonder if no shield will be come a thing, like a skill thing?

@@GoldenSnipesdog please people have been saying that forever. This game is better than literally any triple a title so it’s not going anywhere soon. Plus MM will balance the space combat way better than it is right now.

High speeds automatically lift the skill ceiling, which reduces the value more expensive ships have. Cig is preparing for more pay2win mechanics, plain and simple..
