[Star 3] The Battle Cats - UL24: Realm of Whyworry!

00:00 - Authority and Gravity
This is so far the most disgusting UL Star 3 stage that I ever play. UL Star 3 stage usually only has 1 asshole enemy. 2 at most. But in this stage, everyone is equally frustrating.
You have this R.Ost with unlimited pushing power. He will be helped by Kory and Pigeon that provide devastating Wave DMG. When you think all of them is too much, here come Moth. An immortal bastard that will kill anything that has range lower than 350. What a perfect team!
My strategy is rather reckless and requires a lot of exclusive units. I lure then use Driller + Cat Jobs to weaken R.Ost. From there, I start build up my stack. This should be enough to silence R.Ost and the Wave enemy. But Moth is still on rampage. Which is why I brough Necrodancer. His Wave+Freeze sometimes freeze them and gives your team enough time to rush them. Yeah, it's a lot of RNG-relied. And I admit it took me over 50 tries until I won. But can you blame me?
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
1. Anti-White unit. Ex: EPICFEST units, Gladios, Akuma, Dark Zeus, etc
2. Anti-Floating with piercing range. Ex: Saber, Ranma Saotome, Megurine Luka, Mama Jeanne
3. Ranged Wave Blocker that can outrange Moth. Ex: Eva00, Tokyo Miku, Pandora

01:23 - Slave to Energy
Dark Lazer spam with Courier Cat with both of Wave Blocker as protection. A properly leveled Dark Lazer can survive an attack from weakened SLOTH. use this information as your advantage.
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
1. Ranged Wave Blocker. Ex: Emma, Eva00, Tokyo Miku, etc
2. Wave Immune Unit. Ex: Keiji, Anoobis, Akira, Lasvoss, etc
3. Sniper Unit. Ex: Kanna, Nameless Eyewaltz, Dartanyan, etc

03:25 - Raise Your Torches
The only easy stage of the subchapter. As usual, just subdue the frontline using Seafarer or Psychocat. Then unleash your best LD/Wave unit. It's still that simple even on Star 3.
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
1. Sniper unit. Ex: Aphrodite, Bardiel Cat, Ganesha, Myrcia, etc

04:38 - Despotism at Home
Since everything has big DMG, you can completely rely on Octopus Cat. You must do something more to win this stage. The key is Necrodancer. His Wave+Freeze is the key to control all enemies. With a proper setup, this should be easy. Make sure you also stack bunch of LD/Wave attacker because Owlbrow can kill your Necrodancer if left alone.
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
1. Anti-Floating nuker. Ex: Windy, Saber, Amaterasu, REI, etc
2. LD/Wave Attacker. Ex: Ganesha, Dartanyan, Nameless Eyewaltz, etc

06:49 - Despotism at Home (Cheese)
Since the starting phase is heavily infested with Pigeons, you can abuse this to fill out the enemy space with them. Slowly push them back to their base and you can destroy it without worrying about boss battle.

07:51 - Unauthorized Breathing
Ok, this stage is an ass. At least with our current rooster. The biggest asshole in this stage is ZangRoo. It's extremely boosted. Killing him is easy. But the hardest part is killing him with Zombie Killer. If you fail, you will be punished with multiple ZangRoo on the field. Your victory chance will decrease tremendously. So you will need a Zombie-Killer unit with good offense and defense. And surprisingly the only unit that fits the description is fucking Skelecat lmao!
A fully upgraded Skelecat with Strong Up combo should be enough to deal with ZanRoo. I don't buy Cooldown Talent to reduce money consumption. Support him with some Crowd Control unit and you should be good.
Well, let's hope that new Zombie Egg will be good for this stage so you don't have to spend your NP for Skelecat.
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
1. Most of Anti-Zombie with Zombie Killer works wonder here. Ex: Gravicci, Tigerclaw, Thermae, Pandora, Logistix, Amaterasu, Poseidon, Eternal Reika, etc

10:12 - Bare Fangs at the Throne
Well, yeah. There is no way we can play this stage normally. Let's use our trump card: Cyberstack!
Before you start to stack, you must first deplete all Angelic Gory spam. Use Mushroom Cat for quick but controllable killing. On the last Angel Gory, it's where you can start stacking Cyberpunk. you might think you won't have time to stack enough Cyberpunk, but it turns out you have a plentiful of time. Due to how intensive Mr. Angel spammed, Cyberpunk alone can't really push the horde by himself. This is the most ideal environment to stack Cyberpunk! Stack as many as you want, but I go with three stacks here.
On the boss battle, it's pretty much just left everything to Cyberpunk stack. Every once a while, Doge spam will leak out. So summon some attacker to eliminate them. Preferably, one with Surge Immunity like Beefcake or Teamaster.
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
1. Super Backliner unit. Ex: Ultima Cosmo, Lugas Family, Summer Saki, etc
2. Surge Immune unit. Ex: Lasvoss, Anoobis, Shirou Amakusa, Leotard Ranma, Dark Kasli, etc

If ponos doesn’t lower the strength magnification for later 3-star chapters or something, then I don’t think cloned farmers is gonna be possible without extreme Uber carry

When it comes to 3 star UL I just start looking at the stages and see how to counter them with fest units and strong endgame Uberz bc even boosted super rare can struggle fighting enemies this strong

Question on the first stage, would sweet bros be good in the stage? it controls both of the traitless threats and has ld to hit the floating enemies so it seems it would be good

He got outranged by Mooth. Even if you manage to completely control Rost and Kory, once they got knocked back, all of your Dango stack is gone If you want to use Dango Cats, you need to bring something that can eliminate all Moth quickly. Ex: Saber or Jeanne

Authority and Gravity 3 stars is a fucking nightmare. Took me several tries even with maxed out fest ubers. Did you try cyberpunk stacking and using halloween moneko to stall while cycle-killing the pigeons? I play EN so I haven’t gotten the update fot moneko yet.

I tried it. 500% r ost ( FUCKING WHY ) pushes too hard anyways, and korys waves reaches all my super backliners nekolugas and all. The only way I see it working is if you have a high ranged wave blocker, I’m just gonna wait till a funny epic fest unit for this cancerous shithole, idk how a stage like this can even be power creeped atleast in 3 star

well, i watched JP run. they stacked a lot of dancer before boss battle. the stack would produce big number of Surge that enough to weaken the moth. not sure how viable that run is.

I have to disagree with your evaluation of the first stage. Authority and gravity. First use camera and kotatsu to slowly get your raise wallet full, then release gladios and dark garu, and whatever you got for white, pogos, cop, meatshield, they fall like it doesn’t exist. A lot of other stages still cause me issue, but this one does not

You gotta understand that this video was made before Cop or Hitman even existed. It was one of the most difficult UL stages in Star 3 magnification for a reason. Nowadays? It does not even come close

@@SilumanTomcatReborn I understand, but as you said yourself gladios is the Uber to use, also dark garu and meatshield and kotatsu used would be suffice for this stage. And they are all present during your trial I was resent that this is one of the difficult stage compared to the previous stages as comparatively, that’s all.
