I'm suddenly regretting putting so many skylights on my Tiny House Project. This is a ton of work! Excellent workmanship though, fun to watch.

Another tip: if you cut the radius on your high side first, you can use it to scribe directly to the low, and cut that, then scribe it 1/4” and cut that away. I find it easier than eyeballing the curve

@@KurtisHord yes the tank! I was taught that garbage in 90's ! I wish it could be cut out of my past entirely!!! I stumbled upon the technique without any knowledge of it's existence! I spent 20yrs thinking i was pretty @#! Good at my trade.. Then i went to Sweden to visit my brother in law... my wife purchased me a roof top walk of Stockholm... I was ashamed for not paying attention to beautiful city! Become overwhelmed to see details 250yrs old of copper... i knew I had been taught Wrong and hurt to my core! I began to search every thing i could find and read or translate! Etc. Much still to learn & soak up from the KZread UNIVERSITY .. as i have coined it...self taught...

Prebend the curve part with small pliers or crease the line seam opener to avoid cracking. Metal doesn’t know when it needs to bend when you hitting it.. )))
