Yes! Many workouts online are for bigger legs and booty, mine are all for the lean body (every of my workouts actually!)💞

@@NinaDapper But squats and lunges can make some of body type get bulky legs and not lean legs. I hope you can do some research about it.

This actually made my legs bulkier 😭
this is the first leg workout where I really felt it!! i struggled so hard but really enjoyed it, thank you for all these incredible workouts!! :)
