可以吃清淡好消化碳水化合物,白米、白麵、白麵包
請問教練徵肥的人可以跑步嗎?因為聽說做有氧運動很消耗熱量。尤其是瘦子。我每天如果晨跑200場12圈會容易瘦嗎?

這部分會建議找營養師來安排飲食,訓練可以搭配有氧及肌力訓練

@@shindo320 所以主要還是跟飲食比較有關係嗎?我是高一生。又在徵肥。所以我有跑步就會吃比較多營養午餐然後聽說有氧會消耗肌肉所以我也會喝高蛋白。這樣跑步還好影響到變瘦嗎?
