Ya sweet ash delivery right to my saw! Usually get a truck load every 2 months for FREE! Take it every time. Love my husky’s! Nice mill you got running there and like the vid with Chris! He’s definitely the wood king!

That is some really wet ash! The ash I've been bucking is 21-22% or less and ready to burn. Some peices were as dry as 17% right after bucking up the log!

My moisture meter was off! I changed the batteries and it was much lower around 18%. I check wood often and haven’t changed the batteries in a while

You know smaller logs like that just thinking out loud. 20-in bar would be plenty. 24 inch bar. Save your big bar for larger rounds.

Stanley, a 20in bar is severe overkill on the 395xp. Personally I won't use anything less than a 24in bar on saws 60cc class and bigger.

That's not "stand up and buck" when using heavy equipment to hold the logs up in the air. Bucking the logs in the pile they sit in is a lot more efficient than using the equipment to hold them up off the ground. Now having a helper lift the logs with the equipment would be a lot better from an efficiency standpoint in my judgement.
