Im standing not because i want my husband, i want to be obedient to God and im suffering through this pain and heartache. We don't have biblical grounds for divorce that I am aware of and i believe God can turn it around

This video is just on point for me! Just saw a video of my wife with her boyfriend. It crushed me. However I still stand and keep my faith in the restoration of my marriage. God will do miracle!

Thank you for sharing this it's so hard standing at times when I've seen no real progression in my wife's behavior I know I'm not supposed to lean to my own understanding but my wife has stepped out on our marriage I found out and then She took the kids and ran to a abuse shelter and lied about me abusing her and putting her out this all while shes shaking up with her affair partner now shes trying to get every dime out of me financially this is crazy she doesn't respect me i keep praying and praying this has gone on for 8 months now it's really affecting the kids. I keeping getting signs to stand but gosh this is the toughest battle of my life I never thought I'd be asking God to restore my marriage after being cheated on by my own wife.

@ J thestander , Do NOT look with natural eye's aka in the physical ( your prodigal's actions ) but with your spiritual eye's aka in the spirit ... Our prodigals are being controlled by demonic entities ( Eph 6:12 ) ... My prodigal went to being a lesbian , back to being with men in the course of 3 years since she our separation ... It's ALL demonic oppression and suppression .. The ENEMY wants you to view things in the natural to discourage you , to cause you to lose hope and to give up but you already have the VICTORY through Jesus Christ when He went to the cross , died , was buried and resurrected on the third day ... He DEFEATED death !!! Keep in mind this is all about spiritual warfare .. That's why we need to keep viewing things with our spiritual eye's .. The Lord will NEVER leave or forsake you ... Use this time to draw closer to our Lord ... Lean on Him for comfort , direction , and guidance .. He is ALL you need .. May God continue to bless and keep you during difficult time ... The only reason I feel unsure at times is because of how long it's taking. I know it sounds ridiculous, but he's been gone over a year. We have 4 kids 2 that are mine from a previous and two that are ours. I don't want to move on.. he just abandoned us. No calls, no visits, no financial help. I'm drowning in bills.. I don't hate my spouse.. I love him dearly. We miss him. It hurts. I just pray he comes home. I pray God has mercy on him. I pray God saves him

I don’t know as the divorce is finalized, the house is being sold and he hasn’t talked to me. He’s still so maliciously

I love listening to you, but I believe there are certain things we must do for God for our marriages to be restored, and also some people do give up before God is able to restore...

I agree with you. But I think maybe we have to reach a level of healing and understanding to be able to do so. I'm definitely trying to sow those seeds to bless others ❤️ In the beginning I was in so much pain, just getting to a place of functioning was my entire focus. But as the pain has diminished and I feel more filled with God's love for me, I've been trying to encourage others. I've been studying the Word and I want to start praying for people on the streets and preach healing. About time, since I've been a believer for 25 years! 😁 Blessings to you ❤️

Hi April, I was in that place, and during my stand, God showed me how much I meant to HIM, and that is how I was able to embrace the value I held. Not because I was valuable, but because His love for me made me valuable to Him. All it takes is ONE to find you mean something and when that ONE is God, everything changes. He can help you overcome the lies through seeing yourself as HE see's you. Focus on your relationship with the Father, He won't fail or disappoint you :)

Can you / should you still standing for restoration if you’re divorcing or divorced ? ? What is the difference once you’re divorced??

My wife left me 13yrs ago. I thought God called me to stand. I did that for year's. She isn't with anyone else anymore. But she isn't interested in coming home either. Don't know what to think anymore.

QUESTION: First, thanks for this video. This video honestly made me sad because I know that there is a real possibility that God may NOT restore my husband to me. BUT I do know that his salvation is what's MOST important, more than me me "getting him back". Here is my question--is it ok for me to specifically pray that my husband will feel romantic love for me ? Can I pray for him to want to come home? Or am I trying to control the situation with that prayer? Thanks, sis.

I feel that’s not a problem Your suppose to be a praying wife especially when the other spouse is down. I will say this my opinion is that you ask God to make you into the woman He wants you to be so you can be the woman you spouse needs &’ vise versa pray The Father restore your husband into the man God wants him to be so he can be that spouse you need. Fast and pray !

To pray for God's will is not trying to control situations, Jesus tells us to do so. It is God's will that a marriage have romantic love (Song of Solomon, Proverbs 5:15-19). It is also God's will that marriages are not to be separated by man (Matt 19:5-6). ❤️ I no longer allow myself to think or speak that my marriage might not be restored. It is God's will, so I keep thanking Him that it is done. I keep thanking Him that He is restoring my spouse to Him. And I keep thanking Him that He is restoring my marriage. ❤️ Blessings and strength of the Lord to you ❤️

I have a problem with this theology. Ive been standing but ultimately i dont believe that marriages always be restored. Anymore than i believe every person will turn to Christ. I feel sad for the people standing for YEARS and not ever movinh forward in there life.

Standing is a calling by God, while some people call themselves, they will most likely figure that out. But those that are called to stand won't be able to depart. And while we use the term standing, it's standing for a cause, while we are very very much moving forward in many areas of our lives, including discipleship, maturing in Christ, being all around a better person and version of ourselves. Standing is not staying stuck, NEVER staying stuck. It's about transformation. Again, those called by God understand it's a journey, a calling to pray and intercede for the lost spouse soul, and if marriage restoration happens, that is a huge cherry on top.
