I cannot thank you enough for this piece of history. It is amazing to hear these incredible performances by Stan. It's hard to even find the right words to say how much Stan's music means to me. Thank you for what you do.

Really enjoy this - thanks so much! I remember this interview on KPFK and recorded the songs on my old cassette boom box - probably wore the hell out of that tape. Stan was truly an amazing poet, writer, musician, performer. Thanks for putting this up and helping keep his music out there.

Hey, I don't know where you are finding these, but sincerely, Thank You. I stumbled on Stan's music a year or two ago and now its basically part of a daily playlist. Discovering someone like Stan, and then discovering his unfortunate passing, was saddening. His music and storytelling capabilities are truly amazing so finding your channel is a blessing though because now I feel like I get to experience those live events even though I wasn't there (or even born yet). Again, Thank You.

This is incredible! Some of these songs I've literally never heard a version of besides the studio version. Recordings of Stan's live performances were almost impossible to find for years, and it seems like just recently there's been an explosion of amazing videos like this coming out. Thanks so much for sharing and preserving this recording.

I'm not sure if my comment went through on the other video but thank you very much once again, it's great to hear these unique renditions of so many songs. It is very different to the november interview which is mostly dialogue with a few scattered songs.

OMG!!! What is this?! Where and when was it recorded? I'm in Nova Scotia and saw Stan Rogers play here. Its amazing after all these years recordings of Stan still surface. And that people who never knew him discover him.

@@PadraigGrimes hi, I was not sure, but I am glad you asked that anyway. There is very little concert video on youtube. Of course this was the age before the gadgets that can record concert like today. I record concerts with my Canon Power shot camera, Audio and video. kzread.info/dash/bejne/qHiczqWGYs3al7Q.html My Bruce Cockburn concert in full, quality is good, not in HD however.
