Stan MacGibbon - Game-changing Angus Genetics

Meet Stan and Judith MacGibbon from Gore, Southland. They are the owners of Burnley Farms, a 570-hectare sheep and beef operation, where they have 300-350 bulls.
Stan and Judith usually buy animals with beef potential from dairy herds to finish them on their farm. They primarily buy bulls as they tend to grow more muscle and they have a better growth rate. They kept buying Friesian bulls as they are always available instead of it actually being a sticking point.
Follow along to hear how they have moved away from only buying Friesian bulls, to buying Double Muscled Angus cattle from a former Samen NZ breeding consultant and hear the amazing results they have had so far.
