I've had trouble with spinner cards before - I needed to double stack my dimensionals! (& shake it 'til the corners came off the dimensional) YAY - I'm off to make one! Thanks for the brilliant ideas Dawn. ;-)

I absolutely love this card! When I was a kid, pinwheels were one of my favorite toys.

Thank you for this card tutorial! I have been searching for a few days for a fun card design for a special needs young boy and I believe this card would just make his day! I am going to try to make the pinwheel part on my own since I don't have the die. I am so excited to try to make this tomorrow! TFS!

Have made spinner cards in the past. Never thought about doubling up the dimensionals........awesome idea! Really helps. Thanks.

I made this card for a friend, but had so much fun playing with it,I couldn't bear to part with it so I have to make another one (oh,drat darned, not really!) It's a fun fun card.

Beautiful Card. I can't believe how easy this technique is. Can't wait to get acetate.

Love this tutorial. And horselady29 if you measure out a window and then cut with your scalpel you can make it work although I have just ordered my punch today, as it will make life easier.

Hi! I have seen other slider cards before but yours is the clearest and easiest to follow! I LOVE this project. How did you get so dang good at centering your card toppers/layers? I constantly mess this up and it's so irritating when you rip the paper trying to pull it back off. LOL!!

I think it needs to be a little bit heavier to make it spin. But you could give it a try and let us know how it works.

@@dostamping I guessed about right then. I made another error by choosing my coins to small. No pennies here so I had to guess again. Their diameter obiously need be bigger then the 3/8’’

You could try using a regular hole punch for the curved ends and then use a craft knife to carefully cut the long slits to connect them.

Dont cut it into a circle, cut it into a hexigon or pentagon shape, that worked for me.
