I am new to Stampede Wrestling and am enjoying these shows. One thing I hadn't seen in pro wrestling is the referee's "yellow card," which was innovative. I also really like the play-by-play from Ed Whalen and "Bulldog" Bob Brown, reminiscent of Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan on WWF.

I loved what they showed, I'm not happy about Ed Whalen being the editor of the show because it wrecked havoc on important angles. I also like the card system for DQ's and suspensions, too. I'm surprised WWE nor even AEW hasn't stolen that, although WWF did use the red card once, but that was for a show in the UK and it was on a soccer player as a joke.

I watched these on tv as a kid and even saw a couple live shows. So many great memories.

Thanks for all the work finding these episodes. Just too bad there weren't VCR's in the early days of Stampede.

Funny no way Stu Hart could afford $10,000 for a battle royal. But boy does this bring back memories
