Craft Room Organization - It's my stamp catalog! This is the notebook that I keep a record and stamped impression of all of my rubber and clear stamps. I have templates of all of the main brands of stamp that I own, including Stampin Up, Close to My Heart, Hero Arts, Michael's and more. I used Totally Tiffany's suggestions as a rough guideline for creating this book, links below.

I have been trying to work on this too! It's going very slow but I know it will be worth it at the end! I just will be glad when I can be finished and get back into my art room again!! Thank's for sharing & have a blessed day :)
Thank you for sharing! I'm just starting to get into stamping my own cards and needed a system I can grow. This seems simple yet very effective.
LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Thank you for the information and for sharing!!
Thanks a million for sharing, I'm inspired!!! hugs and smiles, Linda
Thank you. I have a similar system. I am in the process of cataloging my dies. I wish I had known to do this from the beginning. It sure would make things easier now.

Joyce B Seriously, me too! It is so helpful to have it!!!
Love the cataloging system. Will be implementing that soon. I have stored my stamps in folders but they are coming lose in them so have to figure a way to stop that before I can catalogue
Love the system
what an amazing set up thank you so much for sharing have a bless and creative day
To eliminate the black around the stamped image, try stamping on a foam mat like a foam piercing mat .
I tried to do similar way for some other things but it was too time consuming for me 😂.. I do not have patience... however, it's a very good way to be organized. I do like it. 😘😍
Love your video, my problem is that Alot of my stamps I don’t have any labeling because in the beginning I didn’t know what I was doing and I threw the info away. I seriously get very stressed and overwhelmed trying to organize.
Do you have a new system or is this still how you organize your stamps? Would love to see any updates you may have made ☺️
Where did you get the plastic page dividers tabbed to go with the page protectors Thanks. Good info.
did you stamp each page or scan it into the computer? My catalogue is a work in progress and I like the way you've done yours.

Jean M Hi Jean! I stamped each image as each one only went into two or three categories for me. However, I have heard of a lot of people scanning them and making a spreadsheet so they could put their catalog on their phones or tablets so they could bring them to the store or craft fair or what-have-you without having to bring the whole book. If you do that I totally suggest stamping the image and then scanning it rather than just making a copy of the label. That way you not only have the image, you've also got an idea of how accurate/neat/clear the stamped image is too. Thank you! :-)

Origami Twist thanks.
Did you stamp each stamp for the sections? Or did you copy them?

I stamped them. That way I would not only have a catalog of what stamps I have, I would know at a glance what they would look like when they were stamped out. (It also helped with decluttering as I soon realized how many stamps I actually owned and was able to part with some, as well as weed out the ones that didn't have a nice crisp image when stamped.) HTH :-D
