Kira here, this video proves how much an awesome person you are. You actually read each and every comments in all your videos! I was the one that told you about the Lapshin secret quest that makes Vlasov game end himself. I had doubts that it was real but apparently it's not. That secret chimera fight was scary though, I hate fighting that more than the minstrel. I wish you the best in life, man. You're awesome!

I read and heard about the Minstrel fight and how insanely difficult it was. I found the parkour and all the shit leading to the fight harder than Minstrel was. I did the fight with the AH-3 Seeker combo armor and a Spaz 12 gauge. I just ran a loop from the dirt pile, jump off the side, run around the pillar, unload the shotgun on his head, reload, bandage, heal. Run to the dirt mount, jump off the side. I repeated this a few times and he was dead.

Yeah if you go in with a shotty its not terrible, its a pain with the bullshit scream he does but its doable.

This was a super helpful video! I managed this quest on my first time due to this guide. (Although my Legionnaire armor, Saiga, and Steel Kolobok artifact, probably helped..) Good job, and thank you.

The first time you do this it´s kinda much, but once you go slow and appreciate it, the way down is actually pretty grand and awesome. Finally beat the second stealth section in the second nightmare too. The safe route is: Follow the first guy to the little bunker in the wall, from there watch the guy on the platform in front and move when he goes back, move to the two trees past the two guards to the right and stand ducked to the right of the right tree to lure one who will see you into the black hole. Then simply wait behind the tree for the patrolguy to pass and stay on his back. The moment you have a beeline to the exit, run, nobody but the blackhole guy will spot you. No luck needed.

Aggro, im following these guides for my playthrough, im glad that you took the time and effort of going through all that just for us, thankyou, it means a lot, im at the point where you run and gain favours from either subfactions to get the m1a, I've just some questions is it necessary for me to grab the botes inside the minstrel cave? Does it unlock any sort of rewards, or is that completely optional, im asking because im not the best gamer out there and I'll probably die a 50 times in there, if i can just run and gun without any consequences, thats more than enough for me😂

Pretty sure you can go straight to the secret stash location and just enter the code so you shouldn't need to get every note. Now the notes in the next instanced area for Colonel Vlasov you actually need to loot all them to get the quest to pop up for that secret stash.

Dont rush end-game is the only thing I would say as there really isnt one atm. Once you get to the north its just serum grinding.

@@MaximumAggro everyone keeps saying that the end game is rough. But I’m no where close to that. I keep getting merc’d every time I head over to the dump. Is this game more about stealth combat? It seems like I’m always running into an ambush haha.

@@bmo5082Not at all about stealth lol. You're actually better off being aggressive. When you hear a ping go off and your player count on your minimap goes up to 2 or above, have your head on a swivel and start trying to locate the person and see if they are hostile or not.

@bmo5082 just be aware if someone aims their crosshairs over the bush and hits the button to ping an enemy they can find you .

HK Mp5K is my go to for bosses, that fire rate is crazy.

The notes in the Minstrel cave are are half lore, half the secret stash combination, but I give you the combination in the video so you may be able to skip them and just go to the stash. The notes in Colonel Vlasov's instance are needed for the "Deserter's Stash" quest. You must get them all for the quest to pop up.

The crouch button helps you not fall off edges. Since the game was a minecraft mod it still has this mechanic. I thought this might be a bit useful when going to into the cave to fight the bloodsucker thing

I haven't delved to deep into the benefits of each sub-faction at end game so I'm not entirely sure.

My second time killing minstrel only took my two tries. Huge gamer W for me

Shucks, I ended up leaving the Minstrel boss room too quickly, does 'Kalyaev' opening anything up for Stalkers siding with Duty?

No Kalyaev isn't there for the Duty side, he is specific to the Freedom faction quest for Minstrel.

I did both yesterday, before the tutorial this time :))

Bandits and stalkers both get an M1A that the only difference is the camos. Depends on which sub faction you seek aid from during the Colonel Vlasov part of the main Story quest.

Do you have a video for duty side ? I chose duty and instead of Minstrel, I got to a dude and then another dead dude and then following Vagant's trail inside the same cave. Mission is Hunting Vagant.

@MaximumAggro one more thing, when you cheesed the chimera. Do you run and jump while pressing Q on the broken bridge ? I can't cross that one. Sticky W button doesn't help either....

You mean the one down in the pit? If so you can cheese him from multiple spots all over that area. There's a pathway leading down to the left that you can make your way down and cheese him from as well.

@MaximumAggro I can't even cross the bridge due to sticky W button. I still keep going forward and fall. So if the Chimera and the dude down there are optional, I'll skip it. Using external keyboard but that one can't Q W run and STILL jump at the same time so I'm in trouble.. EDIT: NVM thanks ! I got to the left and cheese him from there.

soo i kinda fucked up and we down with the hysterix RPD but this is after nerf so it didn't really do much dmg and i had my secondary shotty with me lucky. So yeah you can fight it with the little shotty also pretty much the same.

oh great i did the main quest the other way around well fudge and second what does the reserve storage do as well thou maximum?? can redo the minstrel fight again??

If you have already killed him no, theres no way to reset missions to my knowledge.

The first double door you went into on the right was closed for me, had to crawl under some cabinets at top of stairs, which apparently they moved that ammo crate up to, and there were different rooms to go through before the area with the laptop. Area where the cabinets to go under was is blocked by boards in the doorway at top of stairs in your video. Crawlspace you went through not there, TLDR makes you go upstairs and crawl under cabinets into new rooms, not drop down after double doors and crawl through concrete tunnels- notes all in different places (very easy to find though)@@MaximumAggro

It's honestly about half and half atm, I like both of them for different areas. As in, farming higher level mats on the Bandit it super easy in the pit as compared to the Stalker trying to farm in The Forest (worst zone ever to try and farm signals because of the huge canyon running down the middle) But Dark Valley is way easier to farm in my opinion than Agroprom since Agro is so wooded, Stalkers can easily sneak up on you before you know it. I haven't got quite as much time on the Stalker yet so I can't give a complete comparison yet. Although I do notice that Stalkers run around in large groups more than Bandits from my personal experience, even though they have higher numbers. Which isn't a bad thing, I just assumed it would be the faction with the smaller numbers that would group up and run around.

@@MaximumAggro Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I definitely noticed Stalkers have a bit more players compared to Bandits, but I'm only at the Bar on my Stalker. I recently got my Bandit to the Bar as well but sort of debating which to main, since flip flopping between characters make progress pretty slow on both haha

@@MaximumAggro Mainly soloing but it hasn't been all that bad on either my stalker or bandit. Stalker just has it rough with the distance we gotta travel for quests and farming, etc. I have two other friends who started Stalcraft with me, but they sort of fell off and are now hooked on Stalker GAMMA 😅

Hey just doing this quest today....looks like the entire thing has been redone (DUTY STALKER) i was not able to follow the route taken in the video, for context i did do stashes from tortured soldier (if not tortured) and did the teleport option. THe note locations are also altered so i will attempt to keep track w the look and numbered order in the vid

@@MaximumAggro Its my first time through but a definite change was made to the beginning, the double doors were completely closed and the crawling section was shrunk and sewn onto the last few remaining areas of the level? the two most notable are the laptop area and the area before Running into the Boss, So the last few note locations were left unchanged.

You can still join either as far as I know since you have to do quests to join them.

@@MaximumAggro ive been bopping stalkers with it pvp it needs the rail and 2 lasers for the the stabilization. decided on that with the upcomming nerf to vss and val where as they arent touching the g3 so g3 and full auto m1a should be prime

Literally no one has a guide on duty's mission of this

​​​@@MaximumAggro they actually made it harder to fight the boss it seems like way harder tried the exact same thing you did didn't really work he just got up there on the ledge with me every time seems they adjusted his ai a bit because he perfectly follows you now but maybe it's because of it being the duty version but I don't know

Not for long, on the PTS they removed the innate pistol damage modifier and increased the damage per shot of the pistols. So they won't be as useful for mutants if that change stays.

Snipers are getting ye Ole nerf bat too as of now. One shot snipers are supposedly going to be a thing of the past. As Val and Vss are supposed to take a hit as well. I don't know if shotguns are getting touched so they may be the go to for mutants after the patch.
