Have an idea on how you can catch him invite him over to your house, then call the police while you’re talking to him. The next tell him to follow you then next lock him in a bedroom where he can’t get out and wait until the police arrived, then you can get him arrested.

I would definitely be careful around this guy, he’s coming after everyone you guys love. I would have called the cops and said he’s following you and gave them the license plate number. Don’t do anything rash. He’s not leaving you guys alone.
